Thomas imagine - hunger games edition-end part

Your POV:

You woke up slowly and the first thing you saw was Thomas. His eyes sparkled when they met yours and he hugs you thighly.

"I'm alive?"

"Yes. The sponsors sent some medicine and I took care of you while you were in a coma."

"How many days?"

"Three"

"How many cannons?"

"None. Kacey, can I ask you something?"

"Of course"

"When you said that you love me were you serious or was it about the loss of blood?"

"I... I was serious."

"Really? You like me back? God, you don't even know how much I love you"

"Hello. I am the game maker and I made a decision. Now, there can be two victors and it'll be some food and medicine in the cornucopia. May the odds be ever in your favor"

You heard that and sat up.

"Did you hear it? We can win!"

You both ran to the cornucopia and when you got there you heard a noise, a scream and a cannon going off. The other tribute was dead. The only ones in the arena were you two and Cato. That thought made you shiver.

"Are you cold?"

"No, I'm okay. I was thinking about Cato."

"Don't worry about him. He can be strong but he isn't smart and we are."

You came back to the cave and before entering, you saw mutts behind you.

"RUN, THOMAS!"

You two ran to the cornucopia again and climbed that up.

When you got up there, Cato was grabbing Thomas and pointing a knife at his throat.

"You killed my only reason to live. The only person that I've loved. I killed a person that you care about and tried to kill you. How can you be here?"

"Because we are smart and you're not."

And then, you threw a knife at his hand and Thomas kicks him out of the cornucopia, falling in the middle of the mutts. The mutts jumped on him and killed him. You were so happy that you hugged Thomas and then kissed him. He was in shock but kissed right back. When you pulled apart:

"Wow.. I'm sorry for that"

"Sorry for what? I loved it! I love you!"

And you kissed again. Then the gamemakers took you out of the arena and you lived in the victors houses for the rest of your life. 😋😍😊
