I gave Azazel a chance to say he was just kidding but he just stood there, swirling his lollipop around his mouth as he waited for my answer.

Savannah, Trevor, and Tanner also looked at me, wondering what I was gonna say.

"Are you joking?" I tried not to choke on air.

He got up off the wall, biting into his lollipop that seemed to stain his lips red. "I mean, if you rather prefer a girl, I understand." I quickly shook my head.

"W-Wait but we've only known each other for like 4 days." I looked up at him, the other 3 people around us just casually listening in.

He shrugged, looking up at the roof. "I don't mind. Do you?" He looked back at me.

"U-um.."

Azazel's voice spoke again. "Moving out sounds good anyway, I don't wanna live with my parents forever." He sat on the chair next to Savannah, who snapped her head back.

"Damn boy you smell good." She laughed, as much I wanted to join in with her, I tried to come up with the answer to Azazel.

"Do you really mean it?" I questioned again.

Azazel's eyes awkwardly looked to the left and to the right as he nodded his head yes.

Should I?

"Okay." I softly spoke.

"Yea?" Azazel questioned as he pulled out the small stick out of his mouth.

"Yea." I felt my heart beat faster from excitement as I answered.

It's official, Azazel's my roommate..

After everyone had gone home, Savannah had finally dropped us off back to my house.

I quietly walked back to my room, slightly pouting at the fact that it was slowly becoming more empty now.

I sniffed as I slowly walked to my bed, looking around the room I grew up in.

It felt like I was just in high school, now here I am, moving into my very own apartment.

This is actually easier said than done, my goodness..

My cheek felt a tear fall down as everything felt so fast. Before I know it, my friends are gonna go get married and have families while Im not even sure what job I wanna get yet.

It felt like I just met Xavier yesterday, remembering him offer me bike rides as he acted rude towards me.

It felt like I just recently ate from Rosalyn's amazing dishes while she helped me dress for Winter formal.
