So you came back expecting me to be lonely,
with my arms open wide and a key to fit inside your big hands.
I am quiet but not weak ..not dumb or incomplete.
the look you gave me when you figured it out was too high a price to pay,
for a beaten up old blood letting heart to find unfunny so I laughed,
my giggle traveling inside your pains, as a wayfaring gypsy.
my eyes flamed had grown colder, borrowing your snowflakes,
in time you thawed them out but you had to work for it,
I relished in the chores of my sins, you just became exhausted,
guess that is one way we are different, I enjoy the pain while you find it hard to swallow.
