Negan's pov:

I'm a monster

This is the reason she doesn't like you

These statements were the reason I stayed up all night because I couldn't sleep

Zoey won't love anyone that fuck's other woman and kill people for pleasure. The barbed wire bat i named Lucille scares her when I walk past. And Dwight always tells me what she says about me and it's never good.

I walked down the dark corridor of the sanctuary with Lucille resting on my shoulder, my leather jacket hugged around my body and I rubbed my beard as I thought.

I past various members of the savours who greeted me and I could slightly hear the annoying song 'easy street' playing from the room near the back of the building.

I walked past Zoey's room as I looked in. The door was slightly open and I could see her sitting on her bed looking at a dusty book she had found on the old wooden bookshelf we found in building.

I chapped the door and I could see her look in my direction and said a quite "come in"

Her head turned back around to look back at her book.

You're pov:

I saw Negan at my door as he chapped on the wood and walked in when I told him to. The barbed wire bat rested on his shoulder that scared me, the dried blood covered over the wood.

I could hear is heavy footsteps as he walked in and stepped closer to me as I read a book. He asked me a question that I didn't hear and asked him "What?" In a slightly irritated tone.

"Don't talk to me like that!" He sounded at me but his face showed he regretted it straight after

"What's your problem?" I asked him as he towered over me

"My problem?" He started "you're my problem. You're just walking around here like nothings going on"

"What are you talking about?" I questioned

"I'm talking about you" he stated "I don't know why, but I like you. More than I've liked any other girl before, and it hurts knowing that you don't like me back. It hurts knowing that I don't have a chance with you"
