I stood in the corridors of the sanctuary as I waited for someone to talk past me to ask where the lunch hall was as i was lost. I was new to this place, I've only been here for a few days after I was found by one of the savours. I was so happy someone had found me before I died of starvation or eaten alive, but because the place was so big I could never find my way around the identical corridors and similar stairs.

I saw someone walk around the corner of the dull hall I stood, he walked closer to me, not even noticing I was there "hey, excuse me?" I called out as he turned his head and raised his eyebrow "can you show me where the lunch hall is?" I asked "I'm kinda lost"

He chuckled as he pointed to a door at the end of the corridor that looks similar to the rest of the doors in the sanctuary. "Thank you" I told him as he smiled at me but looked past me and started to get onto his knees and kneeled. I was confused at this sudden act and looked to see what he saw to make him kneel, a man walked down the hall bahind me and noticed the man's movement and my non attempt at moving

He walked closer to me as a smirk grew on his face "do you know who I am?" He asked me, leaning on his weapon of choice which was barbed wire covering over a wooden bat. I shook my head as I was to scared to talk "well follow me and I'll tell you exactly who I am" he told me as he walked down the hall in the same direction he had just came in. I looked back at the man kneeling on the ground who didn't dare move until the man I was following was out of sight

He walked into a room, his bedroom to be exact. It looked much nicer than mine as his was bigger and had a lot of space as mine was very cramped. He sat on a chair and motioned for me to sit on the one directly across from his.

He leaned in closer to me as his smirk crawled back into his face "do you know anyone called Negan?" He asked me. I of course nodded

"Yes, he's the leader" I told him as he said nothing else but sat back on his chair and waited for something, I didn't know what else he wanted me to say before realisation hit me. "I'm so sorry Negan! I didn't know it was you, I'm really sorry" I repeated as I didn't want to be smashed in the head with his bat.

I stood up and paced the room saying 'sorry' over and over before he stood up and placed a hand in my shoulder, calming me down. "It's alright." He reassured me before he continued "I wouldn't want to bash such a pretty little face in anyway"

I blushed at his words and looked down, trying to hide the redness of my cheeks. But Negan lifted my chin so I looked him in the eyes and his smirk had now turned Into a smile. "Meet me at the front gate when it starts getting dark" he told me in a sweet tone as I nodded at his plan. "Wait, meet me at the flowers in an hour" he said as he let go of me and slowly walked out the room.

I had no idea he was planning on making me his wife.
