I smiled at the sight in front of me, Negan was acting silly - jumping about and laughing at the stupid jokes he made. It was just me and him, we were on a run together as he left Dwight in charge at the sanctuary.

"Come on!" Negan took my hand I'm his and rushed to the van, I giggled and laughed as he pulled me to him as he jumped into the front of the car. He pulled me only his lap - my legs on either side of him and my arms rested on his shoulders as my back pressed against the steering wheel.

"Shit Girl! You turn me on so much" he told me as I rolled my eyes - his hands holding my ass so I didn't make the horn of the steering wheel go off .

"If I have that effect on you then is guess we'll need to do something about that" I smirk at him as his eyes widened

"I didn't think you'd agree with me on that one" Negan told me

"Well, we have been talking about having a baby" and with that his lips attached onto mine and the whole night was shared with me and Negan in the van - fucking until sunrise.

Morning  After

I was fully naked as I lay against Negan's chest - it slowly raised and fell as I listened to his steady heartbeat as I waited for him to wake up.

After minutes of waiting he finally awoke. The drive back to the sanctuary was quite, I rested my head in Negan's shoulder as I closed my eyes - but knowing I won't fall asleep.

I put my hand on the gearstick and he put his on top of mine as he shifted gear.

3 months later

I hadn't had any signs of carrying a baby but Negan was sure I was pregnant. We had had sex 100 more times after that time in the van, I made me sadder and sadder everyday as both me and Negan had been wanting a baby for so long.

He said I should check with the 'Doctor' to see if he can find anything. I've tried pregnancy tests but they're sometimes wrong and I could never be sure.

The trip to the doctors saddened me more as I only thought the worst. I walked into the room and sat on the empty chair as I waited for the doctor

"Hello Ms. Tori, how are you?" He asked me as he walked in the room - putting his hands in his gloves

"I'm good" I breathed out "I'm just hear to see if you can find out I'm pregnant?" I said, he nodded his head before going through all the procedures

His face changed completely as he looked through his chart where he wrote everything down on. "No, this can't be right" he said to himself - reading it over a few more times.

He sighed "I'm sorry bu-" he got cut off by the door opening and Negan walked in. He smiled at me before sitting on a chair beside me and nodded for the doctor to continue

"I'm very sorry ms, Tori. But you have cancer" my heart stopped and my eyes widened. I couldn't move as I felt Negan grab my hand

My eyes didn't close as a tear fell down my cheek "check again. This can't be right" Negan stood up and grabbed the chart reading it for himself "No! This isn't true" He shouted, throwing the chart on the floor

He rushed to my side and kneeled - grabbing both my hands. "I love you and I will do anything I can to stop this... If I can do anything at all"

I really hope I got this request right and I didn't trigger anyone with this, I know what it's like to lose someone to cancer and it's heartbreaking and this is how Negan's wife died in the walking dead and that's who's Lucille is named after
