Chapter 26

 Nicole woke up hyperventilating, she looked to see if Oak was still with her. Oak was gone, he left her a note "Hey hun, I have two show day today, ill call you later to check up on you- Love Oak <3" Nicole was still hyperventilating, she needed to talk to someone. She grabbed her phone and called someone. "Hello?" the person answered. "Lin, Im so sorry if I woke you up, I just need someone to talk to, and Oak has a two show day today so I can't talk to him." Nicole told him. "Are you ok, what happened?" Lin asked concerned. "I had a horrible nightmare" she told him. "Say no more, Ill be over in 5 minutes" Lin said hanging up. -5 minutes later- "Nicole, Its ok Im here, do you want to talk about it?" Lin asked her. "Yes" she told him. -Trigger Warning!-"I had a nightmare that I cheated on Oak with Brad and I hurt him so much that he killed himself. And you all hated me and I couldn't live without Oak so I was going to kill myself but I woke up before dream me had the chance" Nicole told him crying. "Oh Nicole, Don't cry, It was only a dream. Oak is fine everyone still loves you and what caused the nightmare?" Lin asked her. "I don't know" Nicole told him. "You need to talk to Oak about this" Lin told her. "No, I don't want him to worry about me" Nicole told him. "Nicole you need to talk to him about this, he needs to know" Lin told her. "Come on get dressed" Lin told her. "Where are we going?" she asked him. "The theater" Lin told her. "Lin no, ill talk to him when he comes home" Nicole told him getting dressed. "Nicole the first show is almost over, and the second show today doesn't start till 7pm, we are going to the theater and you are going to talk to him" Lin told her. "Alright, lets go" she told him. "You got dressed already?" he asked her. "Yeah, I was already dressed before you came over" she told him

-Time skip to the theater-

"Oak man you killed it today" Anthony told him. "Thanks man" Oak told him. Just then Lin and Nicole walked into the theater and walked to Oak and Daveed's dressing room. "Hey Oak you decent?" Lin asked. 'Yep, Lin why are you here, you have the day off don't you? hey hun what are you doing here and what's wrong?" He asked them. "Nicole had a nightmare and she didn't want to bother you so she called me, and she wants to talk to you about it" Lin said walking out of the room closing the door behind him. "You had a nightmare, what was it about?" Oak said hugging his wife. Nicole began to cry "The nightmare was so horrible, I cheated on you with Brad and I hurt you so much that you killed yourself and I couldn't live without you so I was going to kill myself but I woke up before dream me had the chance to" she told him still sobbing. "Oh hun, that sounds horrible, don't worry it was only a dream none of it was real" he told her picking her up bridal style and sitting down on his couch in his dressing room. "Ive got you, its ok, Ive got you" Oak told her. Nicole stopped cry "I was so scared, I never want to lose you" she told him. "That will never happen, I love you Nicole and I don't plan on leaving you anytime soon" he told her. Nicole smiled "Im never leaving you anytime soon too Oak, I love you so much" she told him. "That nightmare sounded so horrible, Im glad its not real, why does that jerk have to hurt her even in her dreams?" Oak asked himself. 

 -Time skip-

"Nicole we're going to do a video, and you're going to be in it come on" Rachel told her dragging her into Diane's room. "Do I have a choice?" Nicole asked. "Nope" Diane told her hanging her a few bags. "Come on we're recording outside" she told her. The three walked outside, to a near by park. "No one's here, great" Rachel said. "What are we doing?" Nicole asked. "You'll see" Diane told her. "What-" Nicole said being cutoff by Diane grabbing her arm and pulling her towards the bathrooms. "Get changed" Diane told her. "Ok" Nicole said. After she got changed she came out of the bathrooms wearing her Nora cosplay outfit. "Ok now come with me" Diane told her. Diane lead her to a spot by the swings and handed her a large hammer (Nora's weapon is a large hammer) with Nora's logo on it. "Ok now what?" Nicole asked. "Just stand their and try to do it like Nora'' Diane told her. 'Ok" Nicole said. Nicole smiled and tried to look like a girl on a sugar high. "Perfect" Rachel said taking some pictures. "Ok so today we are doing a RWBY photo shoot" Diane said to the camera. "This is the video?" Nicole said to them. "Yep, now keep posing!" Diane told her. About 2 hours later they were done and walked back to the apartment. "Oak are you home?" Nicole said walking into the apartment. 'Yeah, Im in the kitchen" He yelled from the kitchen. "Its 7pm don't you have a show to do right now?' She asked him. "Nope, Andrew is going on for me tonight, Im staying home with you tonight, I made your favorite food for dinner, I hope you're hungry" he told her. "I am" she told him smiling. "We're going to edit the video and add the pictures and stuff so we'll be in Diane's room see you guys." Rachel told them. "Alright" Nicole said to them. Oak made to plates of spaghetti and brought them to the living room. "We're eating on the couch, and we're going to watch some Youtube videos while we eat" he told her. Nicole smiled "I like the sound of that" Nicole said sitting down on the couch next to Oak. Oak pulled her close to him and turned on the Xbox with the controller. "So what do you want to watch?" he asked her. "Can we watch "Natewantstobattle Pokemon fusion?" she asked. "Yes we can" Oak said putting on the video. The two laughed and ate. "What the heck is that thing?" Oak asked laughing. "Its a Viletini! And it looks so cute!!!" Nicole told him. "It is cute" Oak told her. "Oak thank you for this" Nicole told him. "Your welcome sweetie, I wanted to do something special for you after what happened earlier" Oak told her. "You didn't have to, you just holding me and just being with me was all I needed" Nicole told him. "Yes I did, I love you Nicole and I don't want to see you hurt or upset, it hurts me to see you hurt or upset" Oak told her. "Oak Im sorry, I don't want you to be hurt because of me" she told him. "You have nothing to be sorry about, just promise me that if you ever have another nightmare you'll talk to me about it and I will do what ever I can to make you happy and calm" Oak told her. "I promise Oak" Nicole told him. "Alright, lets get back to the video, I want to see more of these weird Pokemon things" Oak told her. The two continued to watch the video together, both of them not leaving each others side for the rest of the night. 

-Time skip to the next day-

"Never knew a time, When you weren't by my side, The one thing I could always count on, Always there for me, You've been my family, Even when all other hope was gone, But for a while things have seemed so different, Like it's the same but so brand new, I can't believe it, When did I start to fall for you?" Nicole woke up to this blasting from Diane's room. "Diane turn that down please!" Nicole yelled. "Nope!" Diane yelled back. "Well Im not going back to sleep now so Ill just get up and get ready for whatever Im going to do today." Nicole said to herself getting up and getting dressed. She walked to the kitchen and was greeted by -not so little anymore- "Hercules" "Hey boy, you've gotten so big" Nicole said petting him. Nicole made herself some breakfast. After she ate she got a text from Oak saying "Hey hun, just checking on you, how are you, did you sleep ok?" Nicole respond "Yeah Im ok, and yes I slept ok, I just woke up" Oak texted back "Good, I have to go, ITS SHOW TIME! Love you! <3" Nicole smiled and texted back "Love you too hun, break a leg" "Ok now what?" she asked herself. She then sat down on the couch and saw that her friends Evan, Mini and Delirious were playing Gmod death run. She started up the game. "Hey guys!" Nicole said. "Hey Nicole!" they all said to her. "You guys mind if I play too?" she asked. "Not at all" Evan told her. She then played Gmod death run with them for hours. Nicole was so happy that her nightmare she had yesterday wasn't real, she couldn't even think of what it would be like to live without her Oak, she was happy she would never have to experience that feeling.
