Chapter 31

 -Time skip to August-

Nicole was walking to the theater to talk with the cast minus Oak, she was plaining a surprise birthday party thing for him and she wanted everyone else's help with it. "Hey guys" she said walking over to them. "Hey Nicole" they said to her. "Ok so you all know Oaks birthday is coming up soon and I want to do something special for him" she told them. "Cool, what do you have in mind?" Chris asked her. "I was thinking all of us going out for dinner, not at a fancy place, but somewhere I could maybe give a speech and their could be a projector that I can use" Nicole told him. "Why?" Lin asked her. "I have been working on a slide show, it has a lot of pictures of me and him, a mix of old and new pictures and I want to give a little speech while the slide show is playing" she told him. "Aw that sounds so sweet" Leslie told her.

-Time skip to Oaks birthday dinner-

"Ok everyone please take a seat, the birthday boys wife would like to say a few words" Lin said into a mic. Lin gives Nicole the mic "Hello everyone and again Happy Birthday sweetie" Nicole said. "I have a little slide show to show you" Nicole said. She started the slide show. A picture appeared on the screen, it was an old picture of the two of them. Oak smiled. "I see you remember this picture, this was taken at one of Oaks football games, I went to all of his games, home and away games" Nicole said. She then went to the next slide, it was a video "Now this is a video I took after one of his games, I bought myself a video camera a few day before and I wanted to film everything!" she says. Oak laughs, Nicole plays the video. -The video- "GO OAK!" young Nicole says. "Yes! Touchdown!!" young Nicole screams. She then turns the camera on herself. "I still have no idea whats going on, all I know is that my best friend just scored a touchdown!" young Nicole says with a huge smile on her face. Nicole turns the camera back to the field and back to Oak. "Oh shit he see's me filming abort mission abort" young Nicole says while laughing. -Time skip to the end of the game- "We won!" young Nicole screams as young Oak walks over to her. "Hey my little bunny you ready to head home?" he asks her. "Yep and it just got really cold all of a sudden" she tells him. "Here take my jacket" young Oak says taking off his jacket and putting it on Nicole. "What about you? aren't you going to be cold" young Nicole asks him. "Ill be alright you need it more then I do" young Oak told her. "No you need it, ill be fine Oak, its a short walk to your place anyway" young Nicole told him. "No I don't need it that much and I don't want you getting sick and then having to go home cutting our night short" young Oak told her. "I still can not believe my mom is letting me do this, she would never let me stay over a guys house overnight without the guy being family or in a separate room" young Nicole told him. "But my mom does trust you and I know you would never do anything to hurt me in anyway" young Nicole tells him. "I would never hurt you in anyway my little bunny" young Oak tells her. Suddenly someone trips Nicole and she starts to fall, Oak quickly catches her in his arms. Oak then looks up and sees it was Brad who tried to trip her. "Aw come on man, you weren't supposed to catch her, she was supposed to fall to the ground and I was going to laugh at her" Brad says. Oak picks Nicole up bridal style and starts walking away from Brad. -Time skip to Oaks house- "Oak thank you for catching me back their" young Nicole tells him. "Anything for you my little bunny and is Brad still bothering you? If he is I can make sure he never bothers you again" young Oak says to her. "Oak its fine, you don't need to do anything, I can handle it" young Nicole tells him. "I just don't want to see you hurt anymore, you don't deserve to be, especially not by that jerk" young Oak tells her. "Its fine Oak, lets just forget about it" young Nicole tells him. "Ok" young Oak tells her. -Time skip to when they are going to sleep- "Good night Oak Tree" young Nicole said. "Good night my little bunny" young Oak says as the two fall asleep. -End of video-

Nicole then goes to the next slide. "Ok this picture is from Halloween and I think this was our sophomore year" Nicole says. The picture was when they went trick or treating with Rachel and Diane. Nicole was dressed as zombie bride and Oak was dressed as a zombie groom. "Aw you two look so cute!" Lin screams.

-Time skip to the end of the slide show- 

"Ok that is then end of the pictures but not of the slide show" Nicole says. "I have one more video to show" she says. She then plays a video from graduation day. -The video- "Oak are you ready to go?" young Nicole called to him. "Yep Im ready lets g-" young Oak said he stopped and stared at Nicole who was wearing a blue dress and some black flats. "Everything ok Oak Tree?" young Nicole asked him. "Yeah everything fine, its just you look really pretty in your dress" young Oak told her. "Thanks you don't look to bad yourself" young Nicole told him. -Time skip to after graduation- "Oak! Nicole! get together we're taking pictures!" their parents told them. The two posed for pictures. Later that evening they went to project graduation. "Nicole come on lets play some football, I promise Ill go easy on you, my little bunny whats wrong?" young Oak asked her. "Oak Tree, Im moving, my parents bought a house over in Middlesex so I have to move" young Nicole told him tearing up. "What no, you can't leave, you can stay with me, please don't leave" young Oak told her also tearing up. "Oak I can't, Im so sorry, I don't want to leave either but I have to, Im so sorry" young Nicole told him. "When do you leave?" young Oak asked her. "In a month" she told him. "Then we'll spend every second of it together and we'll stay in touch after, I don't want to lose you Nicole" young Oak told her. "I don't want to lose you Oak" young Nicole told him. -End of video-

-Time skip to the end of the party-

"Oak I hoped you enjoyed your party" Nicole told him. "I did" Oak told her. "Nicole I know I tell you this everyday but I love you, I really do" Oak tells her. "And I love you Oak" Nicole tells him. The two then proceed to go to bed.
