"Done" I smile looking at myself in the mirror, I ran my fingers through my hair and touched up my makeup before my mum called me downstairs
I sighed before grabbing my clutch and sliding on my heels and walking downstairs.
"Wow" Conor mumbled as he stood with my parents at the bottom of the stairs

"Come on guys lets get these photos" my mum smiled as I hugged Conor.we walked out to the front porch and stood at the door
"Smile" my mum said,as Conor put his arms around me. We got one were he gave me the corsage and then I got a photo with my mum and then my dad before we said bye and got in Conor's car
"You look amazing" Conor said as we got in the car and he kissed me
"So do you handsome" I smile.
"Alright,lets get to prom" Conor said starting up the car.we waved to my parents before driving down the road.
We made it outside the school and loads of people were getting out the cars.conor took my hand and we walked in together
We got out tickets and met up with Alex,and my friend Erika who went with Alex and we all walked in together
"Oh my god" Erika squealed taking my hand and I smiled at her
"Geez they went all out" I chuckle
"Want a drink" Conor asked and I nodded. So we all walked over and the boys got me and Erika a drink
"Thank you" I smile taking a sip
The rest of my friendship group came running up and engulfed me and Erika In a hug. And we all squealed
"This is so exiting" everyone squealed as Conor and Alex talked and ate some of the food around
"I know,god finally after all these years in high school prom is finally here" I smile
"Ahh it's so exiting" Erika grinned
"Your boyfriends seem into it" minx said and I laughed
"Babe wanna dance" Conor whispered in my ear
"Sure" I nod.he took my hand and we walked to the dance floor; he wrapped his arms around my waist and I draped my arms around his neck, as we rocked left and right
"You do look very handsome" I smile up at him
"And you look very beautiful" he smirked "your makeup looks amazing" he said, I smiled at him before leaning up to peck his lips
"Can you believe high school is Almost over" I say
"Scary! But we can make our relationship work right?"
"Right,you can't get rid of me that easy" I giggle
"Believe me I know" Conor said and I opened my mouth in shock before laughing
"Your such a dick" I say smashing my lips into his. Once we pulled away the song ended and everyone clapped and then the next song played, and soon all my friends joined us with their boyfriends.
I Rested my head on Conor's chest as we swayed.
"Alright everyone" the headteacher said into the microphone and we all stopped dancing to look over "are we ready to pronounce prom king and queen" and everyone cheered and clapped
"So let's start with the ladies" she smiled opening the envelope
"This years prom queen is Rebecca marshal" she grinned and everyone clapped as she went up, took the crown and the flowers "and for prom king we have Nate garner"
"Wanna get out of here" Conor asked and I smiled and nodded, he took my hand and pulled us out the hall and back into his car
"So where too?" I ask
"McDonald's?" Conor asked
"You read my mind" I smirk as he drove.
We finally found a McDonald's and walked in.getting different looks from the public, in not surprise we're both dressed formal
"Prom?" The woman behind the desk asked
"Yeah" Conor nodded
"Let me guess,they just pronounced prom king and queen so you both left?" She chuckled
"Exactly that" I laugh
"I done the same when I was in high school" she laughed handing us our food "nice dress by the way"
"Thank you" I smile and we left to go sit down.
"Fuck I needed this" Conor said taking a bite
"Same" I nod taking a chip "I hate prom queen and prom king it's so useless" I say
"Exactly it means nothing" Conor said and I nodded
"People make it into this big thing,it doesn't give you anything in life though apart from a day or two of people following you around" I say and Conor laughed
We ate our food and chatted for a bit before going back to the car.
"This dress is so uncomfortable" I say shifting around a bit
"Take It of" Conor smirked
"Don't even try Maynard" I laugh
"There's some of my clothes in the bag" Conor said,I looked behind and saw a hoodie and trackys and I reached behind me and picked them up
I put the jumper over my head and pulled my dress down before folding it and putting it in the back seat, and sliding the trackys up my legs, the whole time Conor's eyes locked on my body
"That's better" I say tying my hair in a pony tail
"You look cute" Conor said leaning over to kiss me.he gently caressed my cheek as I opened my mouth slightly letting Conor deepen the kiss.
"This is so much better than prom" Conor smirked against my lips
"Definitely" I say pecking his lips for a few seconds before we both parted
"Well,I better drop you of.your dad might kill me" Conor said and I laughed
"Probably" I nod,
We pulled up outside the house and i grabbed the dress from the backseat
"I'll give you, your clothes next week" I say
"Keep them,you look cuter than i do in then" he said and I chuckled
"See ya" I smile leaning over to kiss him,scurrying up the drive way,bare footed.
I waved bye as I opened the front door and quietly made my way upstairs and into my room.
Although we didn't stay at prom the whole time,it was still one of the best days of my life
