Chapter 70

Patrick's POV:

I had just got home late from a roadie to the west coast. I snuck into bed and kissed my wife.

"I missed you." She sisd half asleep

"I missed you too. But I'm home now for a few days. I love you."

"I love you too." She said kissing me

Just then Lauren yelled, "MOMMY!"

Allie got out of bed and went into her room

Allie's POV:

I went and sat on her bed and asked, "What's wrong?"

"I heard daddy!" She said excited

"Yeah, he just got home." I replied rubbing her back

"I wanna sleep with you."

"Okay." I said giving in and picking her up along with her baby blanket and carrying her to our room

I laid her down in the middle and she fell right asleep.

Patrick kissed me over her and I said, "Baby in the bed."

"Two babies in bed." He said

I smirked at him and said, "maybe three."

He looked confused for a minute.. "What? You're pregnant?" He asked

"Surprise!" I said

"Wait, for real?" He asked

"I think so.." I said nervously

Lauren was fast asleep.

"Come here.." Patrick said

We got up and went to the kitchen and he asked, "Are you serious?"

"I'm four months late.. Which is weird. I normally can go three months."

"Have you taken a test?"

"No..."

"Als, I thought you were on some high 100% form of birth control?"

"I am.. But it isn't always a hundred percent."

Patrick put his hands behind his neck. This is what he does when he is frustrated.

"Als... We can't four kids under the age of five. That's almost a kid per year.."

"Sorry?" I said bitchy

"I'm not mad at you.." He said

I sat on the counter and said, "Patrick, please don't get mad.."

"Do you have any tests?"

"Yeah.. Bathroom cupboard." I said and we left and came back with two boxes. He tossed them at me and said, "Go take them."

I took them and sent my timer for four minutes. The tests sat on the counter beside me and we waited.

"Seriously, are you mad?" I asked crying

"No... I could never be mad at you for being pregnant. Unless it's not my baby because then we have bigger issues. Pregnant or not, I love you and I'll love this baby."

"Promise?" I asked like a little kid

"I promise you Allison Marie."

My alarm went off and I quickly shut it off and looked at my husband.

He looked at the tests first.

"Negative. Both."

"Oh okay." I said
