"What do you mean you want me to write a oneshot about me writing a oneshot for you?" Emily sent.

"Just do it," Marley texted back. Emily could almost hear the laugh in her message. Emily knew that Marley had been going through a tough time lately, making it hard for her to actually write in any of her Dear Evan Hansen books.

"Fine, I'll write it." She sent back. "Do you want it in a oneshot book or do you want it just sent to you?" Emily texted Marley once more.

"Do what you feel. ;)"

And Emily sat down and wrote this.
