Since No.18 won a bingo game, she won the grand prize which was getting three wishes from Shenron. Goku stepped forward to the dragon balls and began the chant to summon him.
Goku: Come forth, Shenron! And grant me my wish!
The skies darkened, and lightning rang through the air, and a beam of light shot out from the dragon balls, the beam began to curve, and then Shenron came forth, and hovered over their heads.
Shenron: You have awakened me from my slumber. State your first wish.
Bulma: Well, No.18, you won the prize, go on.
No.18: Right. I wish for 20 million zeni.
Shenron: It shall be granted.
His eyes flashed red, and cases full of Zeni appeared next to them.
Shenron: State your second wish.
No.18: I want the newest, and best looking clothes.
Shenron: It shall be granted.
At their home, it began to fill up with clothes, that it was overflowing with them. After that, she now had one last wish.
Shenron: State your final wish.
Pilaf: Ohh! Ohh! Wish for something amazing to happen to Emperor Pilaf!
He was instantly bonked on the head by Mai.
Mai: What are you thinking!? Don't say something stupid!
Pilaf: Stupid!? I'm not that arrogant! I'M EMPEROR PILAF! IT'S NOT LIKE I'M GOING TO SAY, "I WISH FOR THE STRONGEST ENEMIES TO RETURN!" *instantly covers mouth*
Everyone: YOU IDIOT!
Shenron: It shall be granted.
His eyes flashed red, and figures began to appear in the sky. Many of their strongest villains had returned, Frieza, Cell, Cooler,and the Ginyu Force.
Frieza: Ahhhh! I'm back! It feels so good! Now I can get my revenge on that blasted saiyan, Goku.
Ginyu: Frieza! We're back! Ohh boy, it feels so good to be alive!
Goku: Ohh no!
Krillin: Even Cell and Cooler are back!
Vegeta: Damn it all!
Frieza: Ahhh, Cooler, you're here as well.
Cooler didn't reply, instead, he looked around, and so did Cell.
Frieza: Cooler?
Cooler: We're on earth?
Cell: I remember being on another planet, what happened?
Frieza: Other planet? What are you talking about?
Cooler finally noticed his brother, and flew towards him.
Cooler: Brother, come with me, we need to show those insect on that planet the meaning of fear.
Frieza: Other planet? Which one?
Cell: Wait, were you killed Cooler?
Cooler: Yes, were you destroyed by a boy with wolf ears and tail?
Cell: Indeed, so it seems you were killed by him as well.
Cooler: Yes, and it appeared that he was in fact a super saiyan, which is weird.
