I couldn't help myself, I need to know.
"What do you mean?", she said nervously.
"I mean what did you do after I left?", I asked.
"I went to college and I met Jake there", she said hesitantly.
She's fiddling her fingers she's lying.
"You're lying", I said.
Her eyes went wide and she looked away.
"What really happened Braelyn? Something must have happened since you are lying...right?", I said.
"Why do I have to tell you? Why do you have to know? You aren't my anything so why must I tell you?", she said angrily.
'You aren't my anything', she is right but I need to know.
I want to know what happened, I need to know what Lee was talking about.
She tried to kill herself
"I just want to know? Is that too much to ask?", I said.
"Yes it is, you are invading my privacy", she said.
I decided to let it go, but the questions that I have were coming back.
"You're right I am sorry... we're here, let's go", I said.

"Finally, you guys are here", Grady said.
"It's been only 5 minutes Grady", Lee said.
"Okay, so we need to find an engagement dress am I right?", Grady said.
"Yea", Braelyn said.
"So uh what type of dress do you want like in the range?", Grady said.
"Jake said, that it has to be a dress that will blow everyone's mind off. That it would be expensive and he will pay for the dress so he gave me his card", Braelyn said uncomfortably.
"Why didn't Jake come?", Grady asked.
"He usually is busy every morning so he said I should just...", Braelyn said.
"Well if it were Ridge he would make himself time for his girl no matter how busy he is, aren't I right Ridge?", Grady said smirking.
Before Braelyn could say anything he continued.
"Anyways, so who are the bridesmaids again?", Grady asked.
"So far uh Lee and Emilee", Braelyn said.
Thank God, she didn't question the question in which he asked before.
"Is Xavier gonna be there, at the engagement and the wedding?", I asked.
Shit, why did I say that?
"Yea... why?", she said
