So, their morning starts at 7 am when they say bye to the kids and they head to school.

7am: she hops into the shower
7:45am: once she gets out, she gets changed, she brushes her hair and her teeth
8:00am: she does her makeup and then heads downstairs to make coffee.
8:30am she normally just gets things done around the house, or her and Alex head out to run errands.

7:45am after Lauren gets out the shower, he hops in
8:15 am he gets out, changes and brushes his teeth
8:25am he heads downstairs to Lauren, normally will make some tea or coffee depending on what Lauren made that day
8:30am: him and Lauren do things around the house or head out to run Errands.
