"So you killed someone..." he said after a few seconds of thinking "That isn't anything weird right?"

"No, the weird part is that I haven't killed anyone."

"Wait... You haven't killed anyone?" he asked confused "But that's impossible."

"Why did you think I needed to see the druid?"

Isaac thought about it for a second and said "I could take you. I'm a friend of Scott's so Deaton tolerates me."

"Yes please. I don't really want to tell them."

"Why not?"

"Well they tied me down last time they thought something was up with me... I'd rather let them believe that nothing is wrong."

"Makes sense." Isaac muttered and we stood up.

We didn't waste daylight and immediately went to the vet. The door rang and a man walked around the corner. He stopped walking when he saw Isaac and me.

"Isaac. To what do I owe this pleasure?" he said sarcastic.

"We need your help." he answered.

I had no idea who this person was and if he was friendly or not so I decided to stay out of it.

"And who is this?" the guy asked me.

So much for not getting involved.

"I'm Liz... and kind of the problem."

He opened the door and motioned for us to walk to the back.

"What's the problem?" he asked me nicely.

"I was bit yesterday but there is something wrong with my eyes... They're blue."

"Do you know how to shift yet?" he asked me.

I focused on getting my eye color to blue and it worked. Mr Deaton looked in it with a bright light.

"I haven't killed anyone! I swear." I said getting a bit desperate.

"Do you live with your parents?" Deaton asked me.

I frowned at his sudden change of subject. "No. They're dead." I said coldly.

"I can't help you if you lie." he stated. "Now the same question again."

I gritted my teeth. How could he have known that? I thought about it, but he seemed like someone who would keep your secrets "My mom died in a car crash. My dad is alive." sadly

"What are you thinking of?" Isaac asked Deaton.

"It could've been the life of an innocent like a mom dying at childbirth."

"The life of an innocent?" I asked confused.

"Yes, the blue eyes are triggered by taking the life of someone innocent." Deaton explained.

So it isn't because you kill someone, it's because you take the life of an innocent.

I know how I got it. It isn't anything weird. I did take the life of an innocent.

I took my own life. Just not as literal.

I used to be a really innocent kid. I never spoke out of turn, I always did everything everyone asked... but inside I was dying. Every time I got home and I'd done something wrong, my dad would beat me up until I was bleeding. I quickly learned that I should do everything he'd ask in order not to get punched.

But it was a heavy toll.

As a kid I always saw others play outside. They were carefree and had a good time. I had to restrain myself and do chores. Things like that killed me from the inside. After a few years I grew numb and just accepted it.

I'd killed an innocent kid.

Deaton and Isaac were still staring in front of them trying to figure it out.

"Guys. I know what it means. It's nothing to worry about." I said while looking down. Way too many memories were floating around in my head.

"Thank you for clearing things up." I said still looking down and walked towards the door. I heard that Isaac followed me.

When I didn't say anything he began with the questions.

"So why are your eyes blue?"

"It's just something about my past. It's not dangerous."

I could see that he wasn't content with my answer but he didn't push it.

"Why do you tell everyone that your parents are dead? You shouldn't do that." he said with some sort of under laying emotion.

"Because I wish he was." I mumbled not thinking about the fact that he was a werewolf so he could still hear me.

"Don't ever think like that. You might actually get to see your wish come true." he said strict.

"What do you know about my situation?" I asked him and stopped walking.

"I used to wish my dad dead as well, and I had reasons to wish him dead. He was attacked by an supernatural creature last year and he died. I've got enough experience to say that you shouldn't wish it. You just always end up regretting something."

"You don't know my dad." I said and an involuntary shiver went through my body.

"You didn't knew mine." he said silently.
