The next day was spend entirely on programming. I'd fallen behind my schedule so I had some catching up to do. Stiles tried to help me at some point but he had no idea what I was doing so I told him to do something with Scott.

It was evening. I closed my laptop after saving my work and decided to go for a walk. Stiles wasn't home yet so I decided to text him on my new phone. Lydia had found out that I didn't have a phone so the next day she'd given one to me. I told her that I couldn't accept it since I wouldn't be able to pay it back but she wouldn't hear it.

I thought about going to Derek's but I felt kinda awkward for him having to see me scared every time.

I thought about going to Isaac but I realized that he lived with Derek.

Fineee I'll just take a walk through the woods.

The air was cool. I liked it. It reminded me of Holland. I knew that my memories were bad but I also had nice memories.

I used to have this place between two trees where I used to hide when I wanted to disappear. It was beautiful.

Of course, I once got followed there by some older kids. They said that I should get a real life instead of hiding and they smashed the place.

And I once found out about this road I could take to get to school. It was a dirt road and there was absolutely nothing special about it unless you went to school early, like I always did. Then you'd see the morning sun over the flat lands of the farmers.

It was beautiful until someone decided to make that road only accessible for tractors. They nearly called the cops when I showed up the next day.

Before I knew it, I was at the burned house. So wait, this house is Derek's? I instantly felt bad for snooping around on the night that he'd found me.

No, I had to make sure that the house was safe. It doesn't make sense to feel bad.

I walked over to the door. There were some feint markings on them. I pushed it open and walked in.

Were there people inside when this house burned down?

I looked around. Absolutely everything was burned or broken. I felt bad for Derek and Peter. They probably were homeless after that day it burned down. That's horrible.

It was already getting a bit darker so I decided to head back.

It was absolutely beautiful outside. You could see the sun between the trees and there was some sort of low hanging mist but for some reason I felt uneasy.

I looked around but there was nothing there. I decided to brush it off and continue walking. But the uneasy feeling stayed with me.

I tried to use my werewolf senses. I sniffed the air and realized that I sucked at the whole sniffing thing. I focused on any sounds until I realized that I'm in a forest and that there were always sounds.

I groaned in frustration and continued my walk. I wasn't that far from the Hale house when I suddenly heard something suspicious.

A branch.

I quickly turned around but there was nothing there. I kept staring until I saw something move. I got into fighting position to be able to defend myself until I noticed that it was just a squirrel.

The little guy looked at me in shock and then made a run for it. I sighed and lowered my arms.

When I turned around I saw this blue thing charging for me. I freaked out but not enough for me to shift.

Damn it!

The thing had these weird blue-ish scales and was the size of... a midget? I had no idea what it could've been. It looked like none of the creatures I knew from books. It had purple claws and tried to cut me open with it.

But I was still a werewolf and I wouldn't go down without a fight.

I focused on shifting but nothing worked.

DAMN IT!

The creature's eyes turned a glowing purple and it tried to slash me again. Previously I was able to jump back but this time there was a tree blocking my way.

His claws pierced my skin. Three huge gashes went from my stomach to my side. Immediately a burning pain erupted in my side. I fell on my knees. This was different from any other pain I'd ever encountered.

The thing looked at me and his eyes changed back to glowing green. He ran off and left me here.

I gasped for air. The wound hurt so much. Was it supposed to hurt this much? I'd already had wounds like this but it never hurt THIS much!

What to do?

I might die if I stay here.

It might come back to finish me off.

I held my side. Blood was quickly dripping over my hand. Why isn't it healing?

Derek's place. They'll be able to help me.
