Thank you so much for the love and comments on my last chapter <3 I love you all

...

Ben

I'm stressing really hard as I try to cook his meal. It's complete and utter garbage.

"Are you sure it's as bad as you're making it out to be?" Gwil asks on the phone. I called him in a panic. My phone lies on the counter, him on speaker.

"Yeah, it takes like the bottom of my shoe," I tell him.

Joe suggested making Italian, which in theory sounds easier than it is. I mean I could whip up some pasta and sauce and add maybe some chicken to it. Some bread to tie it all together. I don't know what went wrong, but clearly the forces are not on my side.

"Take a breath, mate," Gwil tells me. I put both my hands on top of my head and close my eyes, inhaling deeply then letting it out. I shouldn't be this nervous, but I am. I have literally no idea why either. It's just Aria. I've been with Aria so many time before, why is this different?

Oh that's right. Because it's our three month and I have a bouquet of flowers on the table while I'm burning our dinner. That's why I'm nervous.

A knock on my door interrupts my deep breathing.

"Oh for the love of God," I mutter, walking to answer the door. It's definitely not Aria because I still have a couple of hours until she comes.

"Gwilym sent me," Lucy says, pushing past me and walking into my hotel room.

"Hi Lucy," Gwilym says from the phone. "I hope you don't mind, Ben. I would have come myself but I'm more than a couple hours away,"

"I'm here to say the day," Lucy tells me, her coat already up and her hair pulled off her face. I decide not to be annoyed, but rather to be grateful.

"It's the sauce," I say, walking away from the door and back into the kitchen. "It takes awful,"

Lucy looks at the pot, smelling the air around it. She dips a finger in and tastes it. A curious expression crosses her face.

"Basil," is all she says. She turns around and scans the counter looking for it. I know I bought it, but I panic when it takes her a second to locate the little glass container. When she finds it, she pulls a little out and drops it into the sauce. She stirs then tastes it again. "I think I solved your problem,"

I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding in.

"Bless your soul," I tell Lucy.

"Pat on the back, Gwilym," Gwil says. I laugh.

"Thank you Gwil," I tell him.

"Do you want me to help you with the rest?" Lucy asks. I give her a smile.

"Please?" I ask.

Lucy grins and the two of us get to work. She helps me cook, and I set the table and put all my shit in bags to tidy up. I'll take care of it some other time but as long as my clothes are off the floor that's all that matters.

With an hour to go I get dressed. Lucy is still fixing some loose ends. I don't know why I thought I could do this all myself. I really don't.

"You look dashing," Lucy tells me as she gets her coat back on. I wear a simple white button downs shirt tucked into dress pants. My hair is styled and I even combed my eyebrows. I don't know why, but I thought it tied everything together.

"Thanks for everything, Luce," I tell her. I smile as I open the door for her.

"Of course! Anything I can do to help. Plus Gwilym sounded panicked in his message to me," she laughs.

Oh sure, Gwilym was the real panicked one.

Lucy and I exchange goodbyes and she leaves. I promise to let her know how it goes, although I have a feeling Aria will let her know seeing as how close they are.

I find myself pacing while I wait for Aria to come up. When I hear her knocking on my door, I shut off the fluorescent lights, leaving only a soft male on and various candles. I take one last look around, making sure it meets my expectations, before opening the door.

And there she is, smiling up at me.

"You look beautiful," I say, giving her a kiss and letting her in. She wears a black dress, with minimal makeup on and her hair is wavy.

I can tell she's taken back by the hotel room. I quickly reach over to the kitchen table, which is close to the door, and hand her the bouquet of flowers I picked up.

"Ben," she whispers. "You didn't have to do all this,"

"I know," I say. I put a hand on her back. "Now if you go sit we can eat,"

Aria grins and puts the flowers down gingerly on the same table I picked them up from. She lays her gold purse next to it and takes a seat at the table.

I grab the two plates I had made up, well technically that Lucy had made up, and bring them to the table. I place one down in front of her and one in front of me. Our glasses are already filled with wine, and there is a salad Lucy made and some bread.

"I must say I'm impressed," Aria tells me.

The two of us begin to eat. I give myself credit for attempting to cook, but I need to thank Lucy for actually helping me. It would have tasted like garbage if I continued.

"We've never celebrated our month-aversaries before so I figured I would go all out," I tell Aria.

We spend dinner talking about anything and everything. She helps me clean up after, ignoring me when I insist she doesn't. At the end of the night she's wrapped in my arms as we watch some television show from my bed.

"Thank you for tonight," she whispers. I kiss the top of her head.

"Of course, love," I tell her. "Anything for you,"

She giggles before rolling over and looking up at me. She leans in to kiss me properly, and I guide her slightly so we're both more comfortable.

I lose my train of thought as I grow lost in her touch and how our kiss is deepening. Aria somehow winds up on top of me and I feel her fumbling with the buttons of my shirt.

"Can I?" she asks slowly. I realize where this is going.

I nod, helping her undo each button. I slide my shirt off, Aria's fingers tracing shapes and patterns lightly on my skin. She leans down to kiss me again. My hands find their way to the back of her dress, playing with the zipper. I undo it a little, not wanting to go too far out of her comfort zone, but she lets me slide it all the way down, her dress falling onto my bare skin and off of hers.

She climbs off of me to take it all the way off. I take this opportunity to take my pants off. We're both back on my bed before I know it, entangled in each others arms. My hands search her skin, memorizing all her details and curves as I leave trails of kisses everywhere. I find myself getting hungrier and hungrier for her, and I feel her feeling the same.

Before I know it we're both completely unclothed. I hover over her, carefully to touch her.

"You're sure about this?" I double check with her. She looks up at me, her pupils wide. She runs a hand down the side of my face, tracing my jaw.

"Yes," she tells me.

So I enter, and a breath escapes from her. I start slowly scared to hurt her, but slowly turns to sloppy real quick. I want to take her from every position possible, but I'm scared to press too much. So I settle with this, kissing Aria as we go. She moans my name which is enough for me and I come undone, her following shortly after. Months of sexual tension has finally come to this.

We lay sweaty and out of breath by the end. I place a sloppy kiss on the side of her head, wrapping an arm around her.

"I love you," she tells me softly, playing with the fingers on my other hand.

"I love you too," I tell her breathlessly, meaning every word of it.
