*Jay's Pov*

"OMG YOU ASKED HIM OUT?!" Evie exclaimed after Mal got back from her date with Ben

"Yeah... I mean might as well act like I love him right?" I asked

I looked down as I said that. For some reason it felt wrong to me. It felt so wrong to manipulate him. After what I told him in the garden I have such mixed thoughts about how I feel about that dork.

"I don't know Jay. I had a heart to heart with him. He's been through abuse from someone that he had once loved. I bet that it would completely destroy him if it happened again." Carlos told me

"He doesn't actually love me though. It's only because of the spell." I mumbled

"You don't know that!" Evie exclaimed

"Maybe we can convince our parents to spare him." Mal told me

"Would they believe that though?" Carlos asked

"If you treat him harshly maybe." Evie joked

"I don't want to hurt him." I told them

"We don't either. He seems so nice and way too innocent for this world." Evie said shaking her head.

I glanced down at the watch that I stolen.

"Well I got to go pick up the little genie." I told them getting up

"Use protection!" Mal called

"And think of a better nickname for him!" Carlos and Evie added

I rolled my eyes and started towards Xavier's dorm. When I got there I knocked on the door and a girl with black hair tired up. She looked similar to Xavier so I assumed they were related.

"You must be Jay. I'm Xavier's sister, Gigi. Listen all I have to say is if you hurt my little brother I will tear you limb from limb and then throw your mangled body into the ocean and watch the sharks devour what's left of you." She said, her tone darkening near the end.

"Gigi leave him alone!" Xavier whined from behind her.

"just saying." She said stepping aside to show her little brother.

"I'm so sorry about her." He told me blushing

"Hey Jay what's up? You already know me so I don't have to introduce myself. I'm this blushing dorks roommate." Aziz said from next to him.

I gave him a nod in acknowledgement

"Your Aladdin's son right?" I asked

"Yeah." He said with a shrug.

"should we go?" Xavier asked

"Yeah." I responded as he stepped out.

He shut the door and sighed

"I'm so sorry about my sister." He told me

"It's fine. I can tell she's just protective." I told him putting an arm around my shoulder

"A little more then protective." He mumbled

"You look really cute today." I told him kissing his cheek.

"T-thanks." He said blushing

I laughed a bit at him and we walked down to the garden. On the way someone grabbed him and yanked him away. I turned to him and saw him being shoved against the wall by a boy with pitch black hair and blue eyes. I shoved him off of Xavier and stood protectively in front of him.
