I shivered lightly and stepped closer to Billie, him putting an arm around me to bring me closer. The sky was a gloomy shade of gray, and everything was cold and wet from a rain we had received this morning. It was just a little too cold for my liking, but I still love fall.

Billie stopped in his tracks, looking at a nearby leaf pile. He gave me a mischevious grin.

"Billie dont even think about it, it's going to be very cold and wet," I gave him a stern look. Rain started to fall once again, in a consistent shower.

"I'm not gonna play in it, just gonna do this!" He started to jump around, nearly falling a few times cause he was so worked up. I couldn't help but laugh and start to jump in them with him.

"Okay, are we ready to go home?" Billie looked down at me. I nodded

"I'm freezing," I wrapped my arms around myself, trying to warm back up. He put his arms around me and we started to walk.

"We'll put on dry clothes and make hot chocolate when we get home."
