"The Daihasei Festival is coming soon." Y/n says reading a pamphlet while he walked home. He was wearing his school uniform, a white button up shirt, under it was his black short sleeve shirt. He also had his scaly looking white scarf on. "Its purpose is to observe the large-scale interactions of espers. It is the one day that the full-strength use of abilities is urged." 'And thanks to my moratory loss I don't even remember something like this.' Y/n thought and then started reading more of the pamphlet while walking home

Y/n looked though the whole pamphlet making sure to read it twice so he didn't forget it. He then paused when he saw something he didn't read the first time. Y/n stopped in his tracks and read it again. A giant evil smirk planted on his face he pulled out his phone and dialed a number of a certain little clone.

"Hello says Misaka as Misaka greets her caller." Last order says though the phone

"Hey there Last Order." Y/n said

"Oh its the savior. What can I do for you ask Misaka as Misaka tries to find a vending machine for her guardian."

"Did you know the Daihasei Festival is coming soon?" Y/n says and she replies with a yes "Then you must know about the athletes pledge." Y/n says and she says no "Well it's a pledge that the level 5's are supposed to give before the festival almost like a little inspirational speech." Y/n says and he could hear her excitement "Wouldn't it be great if Accelerator did it. You could see him on T.V." Y/n says

"That would be awesome says Misaka as Misaka jumps up and down from the excitement."

"Now I would do it, but there's only one person in this city that he somewhat listens to." Y/n says with a smirk

"Say no more, Misaka says as Misaka rushes back to the hospital." Last Order says and then hangs up

Y/n then snickers to himself and then breaks out in a full on laugh as he walks up the stairs to his dorm. 'I should try to see if I am able to record it on the T.V.' Y/n says putting his phone in his pocket

"Hey there Master." a familiar voice says from behind him. He looks back to see his roommate/decibel, Esther Rosenthal

"Hey, where did you go?" Y/n asked

"I went out to look around the city. I saw on one of those blimps that something called the Daihasei Festival is coming. And that all the schools will be joining are you going to too Master?"Esther asked

"Yeah, kinda have to." Y/n says scratching the back of his head "And maybe Accelerator will. be there too." Y/n mumbled

They then both walked to Y/n's dorm before they were stopped by a maid. Or to be more specific Maika Tsuchimikado sister to Y/n's friend Tsuchimikado Motoharu.

Maika explains what happened to Index and who was her abductor, and gives a small envelope containing a letter telling Y/n to go to Hakumeiza at 7 pm. Thanks to Maika's description of the abductor Y/n guessed who kidnapped Index. And after Y/n explains that they know the guy, another slip of paper fell from the envelope, and it contained a permit for exiting Academy City.

Y/n accompanied by Esther then started to walk to the area. 'I regret saying that Esther can come. She may be a magician but still she could get hurt.' Y/n thinks looking at Esther

"Master are you ok you seem troubled?" Esther asked

"Yeah, I'm fine but are you sure you'll be ok?" Y/n asked

"Yeah don't worry about me." Esther said smiling and Y/n smiled back at her

After a little more walking they see a woman dressed in black nun's clothing. She then noticed the 2 and walked up to them
