Third Person's POV

"What is this smell?" India asked as soon as she reached the bar.

Friday night was packed.

A crazy night full of bachelors.

"I don't know." Jackson sighed worriedly, "I have been smelling this as soon as I got here. Something's not right."

Aylin, who came late to work due to her extra class today, she made her way to the bar.

"What is this smell?" She asked the same as India.

"I don't know. Something is not right!" India answered.

The girls left the bar to go and get some orders, meanwhile Jackson walked to the back to grab more drinks.

As if on cue, the moment they were away from the bar, a huge loud bang followed by a lot of panicked voices were heard.

India, Aylin, Selene and the rest of the cocktail waitresses, along with a few guests had fallen to the floor.

Aylin stared back to see fire all across the bar.

Everything was crashed.

A lot of panicked guys and girls screaming as they tried to push past everyone to get out of the place.

"It's going to explode again!" Selene's eyes widened.

"What?" India asked in panic, trying to get up on her feet, only to realize she could not move her leg.

She sprained it.

"Fuck!" She groaned in pain.

"Come on let's get you out!" Selene took of her heels, getting up on her feet and helping India up.

Rosé offered to help.

"Aylin! Let's go!" Selene yelled.

"Jackson! Where is Jackson?" Aylin asked in panic.

"Last time I saw him he was going in the back for more drinks!" Lisa answered, starting to cough.

A cloud of smoke filled the whole club.

Aylin couldn't see anything anymore, but she knew something.

She would not leave without Jackson.

She got up on her feet and started running towards the bar.

"AYLIN!" The voices of the girls started fading away as Aylin got closer to the fire.

She realized that she could not go further without fainting.

The girls were pulled out our the club, Aylin still inside.

She ran back to the seats that had not been touched by the fire, and behind the seats, she pulled on the curtains.

One finally fell down and she put it over herself.

At the edge of the bar, there was a bucket of ice and water.

She pushed the curtain in until it was wet, covering her mouth not to take in any more smoke.

She put the wet curtain over herself and almost fell down the stairs, as she headed to the back.

"Jackson!" She coughed.

The smoke was getting too bad.

"JACKSON!!!" She yelled.

She walked down to see a knocked out Jackson.

"Jackson!!" She ran over to him, shaking him so that he wakes up.

The smoke made it hard to see him.

She pulled on to him, helping him to his feet.

He had started to wake up now and was finally seeing what happened.

Aylin adjusted the curtain over Jackson and headed for the stairs.

"Back door!" Jackson managed to say between coughs.

Aylin nodded and Jackson led her to the back door.

As if on cue, a firefighter appeared on the other side of the door.

"STAND BACK!" The man yelled and the two backed away from the door.

The man kicked on the door a few times until it fell down.

The two were escorted out of there.

Aylin was feeling so lightheaded.

She began seeing double.

She was coughing really bad.

"Fuck!"

She collapsed on the ground before anyone could catch her.

She wanted to save Jackson because he was her best friend.

They had known each other long before.

She owed it to him.

He was her hero.

and now, she is his hero...

The chic hero in heels.
