~Klaus POV~

"Klaus Mikaelson has been quite the busy boy today." Marcel said as Klaus entered the compound discarding of the bodies on the floor. "First, you're up and back to Mystic Falls, now you're abducting werewolves from the bayou."

"If Greta's greatest fear is abomination then I intend to give her that horror in a never-ending nightmare." Klaus replied as he began to feed the dead wolves Grace's blood. "I have a quart of Grace's blood and I will use every last drop of it to create more hybrids."

Klaus got to his feet and finally turned to look at Marcel with a chilling glare. "You went behind my back. You put my daughter's life at risk and you betrayed me."

"I did what was right." Marcel got to his feet, only to be scoffed at by the man who raised him.

"What was right for whom?"

"For your daughter." He answered. "For my city."

"No, this isn't about what was right!" Klaus retorted. "Your city rejected you. So, did my sister and now all you want is for them to take you back. You just need to be loved, Marcellus. That's your weakness. That's how I knew what you'd done without a word and that's why I know no matter what you promise and you claim to be an ally, you...you will always falter."

Klaus heard a noise from one of the wolves behind him and went to help her sit up as she drank his daughter's blood.

"Yes, that's it, drink up." Klaus instructed. "And when you go back out into the world, be sure to tell everybody, Greta Sienna is responsible for your fate."

"So that's it then?" Marcel asked warily. "I just get a stern talking to? No punishment this time?"

"I'd be less worried about what I'm going to do and a lot more worried about what she's going to do."

"What she's going to—"

But Klaus never heard the end of that sentence as Fiore grabbed Marcel and dragged him out of the room, causing the Original hybrid to chuckle as the reawakened hybrid watched him curiously.

"You've got eternity ahead of you now." Klaus told her. "The best advice I can ever give you, find someone who makes you love them more and more with each passing second. You'll never be bored."

~Fiore POV~

"HOW DARE YOU?" I yelled at Marcel, completely enraged by his actions. "You had no right!"

"But Grace did!" Marcel told me. "She deserved to be given the chance to save Hayley!"

"I am her mother; I decide what she gets to know!" I continued. "Do you not understand what you are doing?"

"Letting her bind a dangerous part of herself." Marcel told me indignantly and I just looked at him in disbelief.

"You are asking my 14-year-old to suppress a part of herself because someone else doesn't like it!" I shot back. "Do you have any idea what it did to Nik? He spent an entire millennium dedicating his life to try and undo what his mother took from him and now you wish to subject my daughter to the same fate?"

"That wasn't his choice."

"And I'm sure no teenager has ever regretted a decision they made." I scoffed. "I will not let her be afraid or ashamed or embarrassed of who she is and what that entails."

"I thought you wanted Hayley back."

"But not at Grace's expense." I told him, but he remained unconvinced. "You of all people should be against this."
