A few days had passed, I went back to work and attempted to live my life normally. The bodyguards were following me everywhere I went, they even made the staff at the salon feel uncomfortable. "Su. Can we talk for a bit?" My boss popped her head through the door and I nodded. I finished tidying up my vanity and headed to her office. I knocked on the door and she answered. "Come in dear." I entered, bowed politely and she motioned for me to take a seat so I did. "Dear you know I don't wanna lose you. You're one of the best makeup artists and most requested. I never questioned any of the decisions you made but the men tailing you, as much as they are trying their best to be invisible. They aren't, they're making your teammates and some of our clients really uncomfortable. You know I won't intervene in your personal matters but when it's affecting my people and my business..."

"I know, I'm sorry. I tried to convince them to keep a safe distance and try to blend in more." I didn't want to lose my job. I couldn't let that asshole ruin my life. "If it helps, why don't I take more on-set gigs? It'll be easier for them to blend in and not be in the way." It would also be easier for them to retract the list of personnel on set. They would check on who would be coming and going. They'd have more control.

"I was about to suggest the same thing." She smiled and I nodded, a bit relieved she wasn't going to fire me. "Su, if there's anything, I hope you know I have your back." I nodded.

"I know. I just have one small favor to ask." She nodded and gestured for me to continue. "If someone calls and asks for me, please don't tell them my whereabouts. I'll give you my bodyguards' numbers. If it's not them and not my clients personally calling, I suggest you give the number to my bodyguards. I am kind of being stalked and this is a type of precaution measure." She looked sad, sympathy taking over her gaze but also determination.

"Dear, I will never let anything bad happen to you." She stood, walked over to me and gave me a tight and warm hug. "You do what you do to stay safe and I'll do what I can to protect you. Okay?" I nodded.

"Thank you Mrs. Hwang."

"Oh come on now. You can call me Yuri." She scolded me with sweetness in her tone. I was really lucky to have found such an incredible boss. I think I'll forever be thankful to Ian for helping me get this job.

Since that day, weeks had passed and I had been on different sets with different groups from different companies. It was quite tiresome but it was the only chance I had. Plus, all groups were nice to me and some became good friends of mine. I also had the chance to work with Hannah again so that was definitely a bonus.

The boys started going back to their places. They would still gather on weekends but during the week, each would be in his own apartment. Only Mark, Bambam and Jaebeom were still spending their nights at the penthouse.
I was on my way home when I got a text from Jaebeom telling me he had to leave for his parents' house and that Bambam was going out with his 97 line friends so Mark was the only one there. I would be lying if I said I didn't feel anxious. Mark had barely spoken to me when the others weren't around. I sighed and decided to pick up dinner for us and for San and Joe, aka my guards.

Once the elevator door opened and I bid my goodbyes to San who escorted me up, I headed to the kitchen to place the food on the kitchen island. I went up to bring Mark down for dinner, I reached his door and heard him mumbling incoherent things behind the closed door. I thought I heard my name, so I knocked and opened the door. "Mark dinner is rea- oh shit sorry." Mid sentence, I realized his state he was on his bed, bottom attire down to his ankles, his hand was going a mile on minute on his hardness and his shirt was stuck between his teeth but soon fell so he could capture his bottom lips instead. I slapped my hand on my eyes and apologized. I tried to get out of the room but walked into a wall. "Fuck. Sorry." I tried to walk out again but my toe hit the door frame. "Ouch! Fuck! Sorry I'm out."
