"Oh yeah, and where do you even go Monday lunchtimes?" Reiko added on, just as curious as Kendo.

As both girls stated their cases, everyone was now interested on what the reserved girl had to say. Not only that, but the desperate Hagakure and Mina were now dying to find out. Unanimously, the pair said, "A mystery man!"

"Huh? What..? Oh you mean Hi– Shinsou?" Miku swiftly replied, nearly calling him by his first name. It was so natural to say his name that it flows nicely out.

"So there is a boy!" Hagakure exclaimed, clapping her invisible hands together.

With their expectant eyes, everyone looked at her surprised to know that she was buddy-buddy with the boy who wanted to get into the hero course. But they more commonly referred to him as the boy with the brainwashing quirk, trying to get into the hero course.

'Me and Hitoshi? As if..' She thought, mentally scoffing at the thought of ever being in that kind of relationship with him. Like her normal instincts, her hand would go to her chest, usually where her ring was, but this time it was the circular locket that wasn't at all noticeable.

"Pfft– No way. He's just one of my close friends, like how I see the boys in our class." Miku explained, their hope for gossip slowly deteriorated hearing that. But it still fuelled Mina and Hagakure. "And the Monday lunches, I have training."

Although the lie was believable, she couldn't say that she hung out with Shinsou every Monday lunch. She lied, not for any particular reason. She just wanted to move the topic from her to something else. Plus she didn't want to be interrogated by these questions about love and romance. But Shinsou and Miku had sworn together that no one ever knows about the rooftop – it was to stop people from taking their meeting spot.

"To be honest, Kimura, you're probably the one who hangs out with the most boys." Mina said, which came to a surprise for her. "You hang out with this Shinsou guy, Kaminari, Kirishima and you walk home together. You're probably really close friends with the boys in your class too!"

"Ashido-san– They're all my friends, there's nothing going on!" Miku retorted flustered, and at a slightly louder volume. It wasn't because of Mina's questions, but more because of her own embarrassment. "I promise you, there's not a single one I like, in that way."

"Ashido does have a point." Asui added, which was very usual for her to do, "From what Kaminari has said, you three are close. Kirishima also talks about you too."

"What has Kami said?" Miku asked concerned about what he has told them. She knew it wasn't going to be anything bad, but it was probably going to be something embarrassing. "And Kiri?"

"Oh no, it's nothing bad." Uraraka waved her hands with a smile, "It's mostly just about what Class B does."

"Oh okay." Miku sighed in relief. There wasn't anything they could possibly expose, nothing big anyway.

As the subject shifted from Uraraka to Miku, it left Uraraka to spiral down about her feelings towards Midoriya. She just couldn't get what Aoyama had told her, but she was able to act like nothing happened. She needed to get it off her chest, but her own mind refused.

"Everything okay, Ochaco?" Asui asked, looking at her friend with concern. "You suddenly look exhausted."

"Just trying to stop my heart from pounding..."

"Do you need a doctor? That could be a sign of something worse." Miku said wholeheartedly, yet slightly oblivious. She was right in many ways, because she had similar palpitations before.

"I wish a doctor could cure what I have..." She replied, sadly.

"How awful, that the body would react in such a way to the topic of love... Could the Lord truly have been so cruel while creating us?" Ibara added, gently stroking Uraraka's hair.
