He took a few steps, going to stand next to her after she called out her words. She had opened her eyes, hearing footsteps and his presence next to her. But she didn't expect him to take her hand and lift it up to the sky with a smirk.
"We will be the greatest heroes, together!"
His yelling gave Miku an array of chilling goose bumps for this warm summer. Dropping their hands down, they held it tightly together for a few a bit. Absorbing the broad, beautiful scenery of the depths below. It reminded her of the crystal clear, breath-taking day she discovered the rooftop. It was away from all the bustling students and teachers. Having someone to share this with would always be something Miku learned about when starting UA.
The best moments are experienced together.
They let go of each other's hands, and Miku walked further to the railing, clutching onto it. She took another look up and a sense of nostalgia and sentiment washed over her.
"Y'know... The sky's really blue today. It's so pretty." Miku smiled, looking towards the clear sky, she was almost breathless just by looking above. It brought her back to the first time she went up to the rooftop and got told off by her brother. But still, there was a single cloud afar, near where the sun was.
"Yeah, it really does look nice." Shinsou said, walking near to the railing she was holding onto.
"I really love blue skies... It reminds me of my mother." She smiled to herself, "Hey, Nii-san, do you like blue skies?"
Taken aback by her question, Shōta looked up at the sky and observed. What confused him the most was how she was able to tell he was there. 'Probably heard the door.' He thought, momentarily scratching his cheek before placing said hand into his pocket. In fact, Miku didn't hear anything, she just felt the nerving presence she felt during the first few days of semester. He pondered about her question for a few seconds.
He could see that same cloud she saw in the distance and he internally grimaced at the first image that came to his head. He let out a sigh and walked up behind his two trainees.
"I don't hate it. But I don't like it either." He ambiguously replied, which earned him a head tilt from her. Whilst Shinsou merely nodded; he was quite surprised by the fact she knew he was there but he didn't think too much of it. He was also indifferent about the sky - it didn't hold any grave importance to him anyways.
On the other hand, it was different for the siblings.
The sky meant something to them. It was their comfort, but also their poison. It reminded them of times that they would regret, hate and feel distraught over. But the sun still spanned over, trying to show them there will always be hope. They just need to find it. After taking another brief look up, he sighed and made his way back to the door.
"Come on you two, lunch will end soon."

As Vlad King gave a run down of what they were doing the next day, Miku's eyes were fixated on her hair tie. She fiddled along the fabric and enjoyed how the hair tie made interesting loops. Though on the outside, she looked unbothered.
"We're going to be having a meeting about whether or not you'll be permitted to do these work studies." Vlad stated sternly, "So don't get your hopes up. Either way, you still want to know more about work studies. You may come in now."
After Vlad's explanation, the hinges of the door creaked and a loud slide caught the attention of the class. It revealed three powerful figures, who began to walk in and it caught Miku's attention. To Kuroiro, her posture had changed in and instant. From slouched and tired to a steady straight back made his eyes widen.
