First off I have no idea why this took me so long to write a Fabio Silva one, but ok

Today was a nervous, exciting day, you were finally going to tell your boyfriend you were pregnant, you had known for about 2 weeks, but felt to scared to tell Fabio.
He was busy with Premier league, Wolves main striker is out, and he's in and out of the team with Wolves other Striker they got on loan in January.
You knew Fabio was lacking confidence, the manager didn't seem to back him, and would rather play the other striker, who you believe was worst than Fabio, I mean at least Fabio scores, ok maybe you were biased, but you didn't care.
Fabio was away at training, when you started getting everything ready, you were baking a cake, you had been craving cakes since knowing you were pregnant.
You were making a chocolate cake with sprinkles, you were not the best chef ever, but you could manage without burning or food poisoning someone.
When you put the cake in the oven, you made your way upstairs and changed into a dress, and trainers.
You wanted to at least look cute for telling Fabio the news.
Once the cake was done, you added the sprinkles, and as you just finished the door opened, you were guessing it was Fabio home from training, you were right as he spoke up.
"Babe where are you?" He shouted through the house
"Kitchen" you replied back hiding the cake
"Ok well I have a surprise, now you can't been mad, ok yes you can we have not in fact called about it but you know" You could tell he sounded slightly nervous
"I won't be, I have a surprise for you as well" As you finished your sentence Fabio came through into the kitchen holding a puppy
"I got us a puppy" he spoke up
"I can tell"
"Are you mad?"
"No, no not at all, it very cute"
"It's a boy"
"Very cute, ok now time for my surprise"
You grabbed the cake from behind you, and the box you had put the test in
"Open it" you told him
He put down your new puppy, and opened up the box, and took out the tissue paper to reveal the pregnancy test
"Your pregnant?" He asked
"Surprise" you spoke with jazz hands
"Wow, so we are gonna be parents?"
"Well yeah I guess that's the whole point of having a baby"
"Oh wow, we are gonna be parents, hey I guess getting a puppy might help with responsibility"
"I guess so, you know what babe your pretty smart"
"Thank you" he replied giving you a kiss on the lips
