NIYA'S POV:-

"Aunty, brace yourself for a death hug!" I heard two tiny voices shout as they charged towards me, pulling me out of my trance. And there they were, my two chipmunks, whom I had only ever seen on Facetime, looking absolutely adorable and charming as they ran towards me.

"Hey there, chipmunks," I exclaimed, opening my arms to hug them. However, as soon as I did, I felt my oxygen supply being cut off as they hugged me tightly.

"What are these kids eating? How are they so strong?" I thought to myself, trying to tap on their backs to signal for them to let go.

"Can someone help me here? These kids are going to kill me," I joked.

"Loosen up, kids. You don't want your one and only aunt to be dead," my guardian angel interjected.

"Sorry, Aunty," the two chipmunks apologized, looking at me with their big, puppy-like eyes. It was impossible to resist those adorable faces.

"It's okay, kids. Now go and play," I said, ruffling their hair. They ran off, planting a small kiss on my cheek before disappearing.

My sister and I started walking towards the house, chatting along the way. "They are lovely, Di," I said, smiling at her with my pearly white teeth.

"Thanks, Niya," she replied.

"By the way, what do you feed them? Iron supplements?" I asked jokingly.

"That's a secret, Niya. Everyone has one that they don't share, just like the secret you have," she replied, giving me a mysterious look. My face paled at her words, wondering if she knew about my secret.

"Just kidding, sissy. Come on, let me show you the house and your room so you can rest," Riya said, hooking her arm in mine.

As we walked, I couldn't help but wonder what kind of crazy strength-enhancing meals Riya was feeding these kids. Maybe it was time for me to invest in some muscle milk for myself.

Or maybe I just needed to hug these little chipmunks more often to get some of their superhuman strength. Either way, I couldn't wait to see what hilarious adventures lay ahead with my nieces.

"Thank goodness, finally I can sleep," I exclaimed, grinning widely.

"You can sleep no matter what, can't you?" my sister, Riya, said with an amused expression. "You could sleep for 24 hours straight and still feel tired."

"What can I say, it's my speciality," I said, patting myself on the shoulder with pride.

"It's pointless to argue with you about sleep. It's like trying to play 'Leedle, leedle, lee' with a buffalo," Riya mumbled under her breath.

"Wait a second, did you just call me a buffalo?" I asked, frowning at her.

"Don't worry about it," she chuckled, not bothering to answer my question

"Don't just laugh, tell me what you meant by that buffalo comment," I demanded, my words getting stuck in my throat as Riya opened the door to her house.

My breath hitched as I took in the stunning interior. The gleaming marble floor, the elegant chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and the semicircle of plush couches all left me speechless.

As I looked around, I couldn't help but marvel at the luxurious touches throughout the house. There was a door on the left that led to the dining room, and to the left of that was the kitchen. A grand staircase rose up to the right of the kitchen, leading to the bedrooms upstairs.

But it wasn't just the layout that impressed me. The whole interior of the house was simply amazing. The furniture was high-end and stylish, the decorations were tasteful and sophisticated, and the overall atmosphere was one of luxury and refinement.
