Part 26 - Zero Pov

Zero POV

I was in class, seprised? Afterwards I have to babysit the night class, I didn't want to but I knew for the sake of (Y/n) it was for teh best. Kaname asked me yesterday, he said if anything went wrong I have to keep the night class together. At any means necessary.

The bell rang and the students went either to their dorms or to the crossover, unfortunately I had to deal with both the night and day class alone.

Time skip

The gate opened and the night class walked through, they didn't seem too restless. After the day class fangirls left I followed the night class from behind.

"hey, why exactly are you following us?"

"Kaname asked me to, I didn't really have a choice"

We arrived in the night dormitories, since class was canceled.

"hanabusa, why did Kaname ask you to follow Yuki and (Y/n)?"

The night class started to talk.

"I don't know, but Yuki seems kind strange"

"yeah"

"what did you see?"

"they where walking towards the forest, and Yuki used some kind of pureblood magic on her. It was like mind control"

"Yuki did what?!"

"Oh, forgot you where here Zero."

I guess I overlooked the fact that the night class could hear me.

"then Kaname left. He looked worried, it was the most emotion I've ever seen him show. And I know him since we where kids"

"I wonder what's going on"

Time skip

The Vampires continued gossiping about random stuff.

"so Zero, what do you think is happening?"

"I don't know. But it seems bad, if Kaname reacted like that -"

"AGREED, but I personally think-"

Everything went silent
A sudden wave of power struck us all in the chest

The night class were sitting down but unfortunately I got knocked over by impact

"what was that?"

"the strength of a pureblood was just awakened"
A voice said from behind the front door.

I walked up to the door and opened it, only to he hit in the nose

Hanabusa POV

AGREED, but I personally think-"

I was cut off by a sudden strike of pure power hitting me in the chest. Zero fell over and the rest of us where shocked..

"what was that?"

"the strength of a pureblood was just awakened"
Somebody said from behind the front door

Zero got up and walked towards the door opening it, only to be hit in the face. He stumbled backwards revealing Yuki standing in the front door.

"M-miss Yuki, back so soon?"

"Hanabusa, Kaname won't be arriving for a while"

"why? Did something happen?"

"no, but it's about to happen"
