Part 53 - Deep inside

When I opened my eyes, I was in a room without windows again. I sat down on the couch waiting.

For what or who I was waiting for, I didn't know. I only knew now wasn't my time.

3rd person Pov

Zero's eyes doubled in size after (Y/n) said
"Kill me."

She was taken to the headmaster's spare room for the time being. Zero kept an eye on her while Kaname and the headmaster went to where Yuki was chained up

When they got there, Yuki was still chained up and bleeding from her arm, in the same place (Y/n) cut herself open.

"Yuki"
Kaname spoke, kneeling down to her
"What did you do?"

"Only following orders"
Yuki said with a smirk

"Rido"
Kaname said, looking over to the headmaster

"Where is he?"
The headmaster asked

"Now, daddy,"
She said
"That's classified information."

"If he wanted to set her free, he would've done it by now,"
Kaname said

"Unless he needed a distraction."
The headmaster said, realizing

(Y/n)'s was in the bed breathing heavily. Zero tried to calm her down, but she was out cold.

"It's going to be ok, (Y/n)"
Zero said

"Are you sure about that?"
A voice asked before kicking the door down.

"Leave her alone."
Zero said, walking over to him

"Or what?"
He asked
"You'll kill me?"

Zero pulled out his Bloody Rose and aimed it at Rido. Rido laughed at Zero's attempt.

"Even if you kill this body, I'll always return,"
He said, pushing Zero against the wall.

Zero fell to the floor, desperately trying to catch his breath. Rido walked over (Y/n), picking her up

"I'll take care of you, princess,"
He said, walking out.

Zero tried to go after him, but He fell to the floor.
When Kaname and the headmaster got to the door, they found Zero on the floor and (Y/n) gone.

"We're too late
The headmaster said.
"Do you know where you would've taken her?"

"No."
Kaname said, disappointed.
"I'll try and get Yuki, so speak."

"I'll help Zero."
The headmaster said, crouching down to Zero.

(Y/n) POV

The room got colder. I tried speaking to Echo, but she wouldn't answer. I never get to catch a break now. Before becoming a vampire, I could do whatever I wanted and never worry about bloodlust or people coming after me.

I closed my eyes and relaxed my body. I felt the time was right. My mind allowed me to come back to my body.

I opened my eyes to see a room I was unfamiliar with. It was dark, only a dim light shining through the room

I tried to move but my body was chained to a bed. Just then, someone walked into the room.

"Senri?"
I asked
"Rido.."

"I see you've woken up, princess,"

"Don't call me that,"
I said
"Where am I?"

"That's none of your business,"
He said
"All you need to know is that you're mine now,"

"No."
I said
"You're a monster,"

"It's rude to call someone of your own kind a monster,"
Rido said
"Besides, you came back to me,"

"I did no such thing."

"The second you allowed me to break that curse,"
He said
"You made yourself mine,"

"You controlled me,"
I said
"You used me as a weapon."

"That's what you were born to be,"
He said, sitting down on the bed
"I was only making you stronger,"

"Don't lie to me,"
I said. Cracks started to appear along the walls

"Calm down."
He said
"Breaking the room down isn't going to change anything."

A sharp pain went through my body. I wanted to scream. My breathing was uneven.

"Don't use your powers,"
He said
"It will only weaken you more,"

"Why are you doing this?"
I asked desperately

"Because this is what you want."
He said
"Deep inside"
