Part 52 - Kill me

'I knew you would come crawling back'
A voice said in my head

"Go away, Yuki."
I said loudly, pulling away from Kaname's neck

'You need me'
She said
'We need each other'

"(Y/n), we need to get you away from here,"
Kaname said, trying to get me to come with him

'I miss my sister'

"You don't miss shit Yuki"
I said, looking down the staircase.
"Leave me alone and rot,"

'Help me get out of here'
Yuki said
'Help me, sissy'

"Shut up."
I said as my voice started to shake. I held my head as it started to hurt again
"Stop it, Yuki."

"(Y/n)"
Kaname said, trying to pull me away.

'You can't resist it'
She said
'It's what you were born to do'

"Shup up!"
I said, repeatedly hitting my head.
"Get me away from here, Kaname."

He picked me up before quickly getting away from Yuki. Her words repeated in my head.

'You were only born to be a weapon'

Over and over. My head was throbing. When I came to, I was back in the headmaster's office.

"What happened?"
The headmaster asked with a serious expression.

"She went to Yuki."
Kaname said

"I didn't do it,"
I said
"Echo Did."

"Why would Echo willingly go back?"
The headmaster asked.

"It was for blood,"
I said
"She didn't care what would happen. She only cared about getting to Kaname."

"I see."
The headmaster said

They both discussed a few matters, the hunters, Yuki, etc.

'We still need blood'
Echo said

'You're worse than me'

'This feeling'
Echo said
'It's driving me mad'

I got up from the couch, walking over to kaname. Mid sentence, I bit into his arm. He slightly flinched.

My eyes closed as I drank from Kaname's arm. As I did, Yuki's voice echoed in my head.

Yuki was frustrating me, I bit down harder on Kaname's arm as I kept my eyes shut.

"(Y/n)"
Kaname said, stroking my head.
"It's ok,

I let go of Kaname's arm. My uniform was covered in his blood.

"I'm sorry, Kaname,"
I said
"It's just.. Yuki keeps talking to me. "

Kaname grabbed my shoulders.
"You can still hear her?"

"Yes."
I said

"She's gotten stronger, but how?"
The headmaster asked.

A memory flashed in my head. When Yuki's friend took some of my blood... could she have somehow given it to Yuki?

Kaname said.

"I think so."
I said

Echo said
'If she has your blood, she could use it against you'

"How?"
I said loudly

"What's wrong?"
Kaname asked

"Echo said that she can use my blood -"
I was cut off my Yuki's voice
"Yuki is saying some weird things,"

"Tell me what she's saying,"
Kaname insisted.

I said, trying to keep up with her.

"That's an old rumored spell."
The headmaster said.
"It's means 'the end is near. Echo will be returned, and you will perish' how she would know it... is strange. "

My eyes started to change to a Crimson red. My eyelids felt heavy, my breathing slowed down. Suddenly, the smell of blood made its way to my nose.

I looked down to see my arm cut open and my nails digging into my skin. Kaname quickly grabbed my arm.

"What's happening?"
A voice asked, barging into the room.

"Zero?"
I was barely able to say before my eyes completely closed.

"Yuki got to her,"
The headmaster said, taking out a gun from his desk.

"How is this-"
Zero cut himself off.
He walked over to me, resting his head on my shoulder.

I opened my eyes.
"Zero"
I whispered, leaning my head against his.
"Kill me."
