Chapter 34: The Haunted Bell Tower and The Axe Murdering Tomato

"Tobias Matthew Conner was the first victim." Explained Marcey "The other kids victims bullied him. He's probably our ghost."

Sam pulled a folder out. He had showed it to us before. It was the autopsy information for all of the victims. Courtesy of the British government. He opened it and pulled out the information on Tobias. There was a crime scene photo. It was bad. The body was bruised the eyes were wide open and the head was surrounded by a pool of blood.

"So Tobias gets bullied, dives off a tower, now he's getting revenge." Dean said "Where's he buried?"

"He was cremated." Said Sam.

"Great!" Dean said sarcastically.

"Well let's go start with the bell tower."

We grabbed the shot guns and arsonist supplies, and headed to the bell tower.

We stood in the bell tower. It was pretty big. It was the only part of the building that didn't look brand new. There weren't really walls just corners and empty space. We could see the whole campus.

"That's a long fall." Said Alfie peering over the edge. "You could die."

"I could push you." Marcey said.

Would Alfie die if he fell or would his witch magic save him?

Why are you even thinking that?

Because Marcey sai-

No shut up I'm trying to hunt a ghost!

Who ya gonna ca-

"Hey Alfie get away from the ledge" Dean said.

"Guys there's something-" Ethan began "Oh it's blood. Yup and that's a tooth."

We all ran over to the corner Ethan was in. Yeah there was some blood on the ground and a few teeth.

"The first kid," Said Ethan "he was really beat up right? Like on the picture there were bruises. I thought it was weird. You don't think the other kids..."

"They threw him off the bell tower." I said.

"Not until after they beat me to death."

We whipped around. Behind us stood the ghost. He was about Ethan's height. A bit scrawny. His hair was a mess, matted with blood. He wore a school uniform. The tie was on wrong and he was covered in bruises. His head was busted open.

"They threw me around this tower. Punched me. Kicked me. A few of my teeth came out. They would've kept at it for hours, except I fell and hit my head on the edge of the bell. Then they just tossed me over the ledge and left my corpse for someone else to find in the morning. So I took them, one by one, and tossed them off the bell tower. I was nearly done too." He sighed. "But now you've come to destroy me. I can't let you."

"We can't let you kill anyone else." I countered. I took a step forward. I had to distract him long enough for the others to burn the remains...which happened to be scattered throughout the whole room.

Great we have the burn down the bell tower. From the inside.

Ok so the attempt at distraction didn't work. Tobias teleported next to Dean.

New plan.

I took out my shotgun and hit Tobias with a salt round. Tobias appeared across the room a minute later. I shot him. We continued this for a while.

"Maria come on!" Sam yelled behind me. I turned around. The others were at the doorway leading to the staircase.

"NOOO!" Yelled Tobias who I promptly shot in the face before running down the stairs with the others. Dean lit the tower on fire and we ran down the stairs. I pulled the fire alarm even though the sleeping area was in a separate building. We got outside. We watched the building burn.

We could see Tobias through the window. Then he caught fire too. We could hear his shrieks from the ground. We all ran back to our sleeping quarters.

The next day we packed our bags and headed back to the airport and got on the plane. Dean was humming. He denied it, but I swear it was a Taylor Swift song.

We told the agent who had hired us about what happened. Tobias's death was going to be investigated and the other students who were involved in his death were going to be found, expelled, and charged with assault and accidental man slaughter.

"Still won't bring him back." I said.

"He did kill people." Sam pointed out.

"They weren't very nice people." I grumbled.

"He tried to kill us," added Ethan "and I think we are very nice people."

"You aren't even human." said Marcey.

"Neither are you."

"Do prophets count as human?" I wondered outloud.

"No Maria you're a duck."

"Oh yeah I forgot."

"How is she a duck?"

"Same way Alfie is an axe murdering tomato." I shrugged.

Ok so the whole shipping thing.

One person brought it up then I mentioned it in a previous authors note and 3 people told me their cas ships and like what happened to Destiel? You just hopped into a life raft? The ship isn't even sinking!

And I'm kind of afraid to ask but so I'm not completely shocked later...

Let's get it over with! Ships, ship names, OTPs, NOTPs, BROTPs?

As for the picture, I drew that sorry it's not that great. I didn't have much time to make it beautiful or color. I wanted you to know what the bell tower looks like in my head for this chapter and I can't find that on the internet and I was having trouble writing it.
