Chapter 52: A Present

Marcey's p.o.v.

I sighed as I put down what seemed like the thousandth book I've read today. The others were on a case, I hadn't felt like going so I didn't, and now I am unbelievably bored.

I picked up my cell and called Maria. "Yes hello?"

"Yo Maria it's Mar Mar! I was wondering where you guys were getting back?" She responded "Well we're right outside the bunker door. and we brought you a present."

I raised and eyebrow "What kinda present?"

She laughed "Come towards the door and you'll see." I hung up and walked towards the door as the four walked in.

Alfie looked like he was struggling to keep something in his jacket. I raised my eyebrow "What's Alfie got? It's not a pigeon again cuz I swear to god if he has another and starts screaming about how it's my long lost sibling I'm going to punch him!"

Maria shook her head "Nope it's even better."

I sighed "Oh joy." Alfie reached into his jacket and produced a black kitten with bright blue eyes.

It was fucking adorable. "Oh my god!!" I ran over and took the kitten from Alfie. he was holding it like it was a freaking bomb!!

"You guys are awesome!!"

Maria laughed "I know. but really the lady we helped had a lot of kittens so she said we could take one if we wanted. and we all agreed that you'd like this one, and besides you need someone who will stay up at night with you!"

I smiled "Thanks guys really!! This is awesome! But wait isn't Dean allergic to cats?"

Maria shrugged "I don't know! But if he is he can suck it up! I'll give him a straw if he needs one."

I laughed "Nice Maria nice."

I looked at the kitten. it was a pretty cat with a short coat so it wouldn't shed much. I smiled when it turned its head to me and meowed.

Ethan looked at the cat and said "So what's the fur balls name?"

I scoffed "Like you're one to talk bro."

He glared at me and I chuckled "I'm not sure at the moment it is a boy or girl?"

Maria shrugged and Jason sighed "It's a girl. at least that's what the last owner said."

I nodded "Okay I'm still not sure what to name it."

The cat started purring and I smiled "Hmmm I guess Majesty." the cat shook like it was saying no "Okay Darkness." It looked at me like I was insane. like no you crazy chick I refused to be called Darkness!

I sighed "Hm what about Cinders." she jumped down and circled my legs purring. "Cinders it is!!" The door to the bunker slammed open. Maria's eyes got wide. I picked up Cinders and gave her to Alfie to hide her.

Dean walked down the stairs and than suddenly sneezed loudly. he looked surprised. "Woah man I feel like I just got hit by a train."

I rolled my eyes "Do you ever sneeze!" He shrugged and than sneeze again.

Sam chuckled and said "There was this giant cat outside. it must have been that." Dean glared at Sam "I am not sneezing because of that oversized fur ball!"

I looked at Alfie, he looked really uncomfortable. I saw a visible lump in his shirt move. my eyes darted back to Dean as he sneezed again. all of a sudden Alfie yelped and Cinders jumped out his jacket and ran over to me.

Sam stared at me as I picked up the cat. Dean glared at Cinders, she then proceed to hiss at him. He stepped back and said "Okay that thing needs to go."

I glared at him "No."

He raised an eyebrow "Excuse me?"

"Do you speak English I said no! N fucking o!"

Dean sighed "Fine I guess. You can keep the damn thing!" Cinders hissed at him again "Just keep it away from me."

I smiled "Yay Cinders is staying!"

Sam chuckled "You named it Cinders?" I nodded "Well she didn't like the name Majesty or Darkness. but she did like Cinders."

"How do you- you know that never mind." he sighed and went to his room.

Dean walked around me and the cat to get to the fridge. he took out a few beers and said "I'm gonna need to drink even more if that beast is living with us."

I gasped "Don't talk about Ethan like that! He has feelings too!"

Alfie busted out laughing. Ethan glared at me. I shrugged "It the truth man." he shook his head and went to his bed room. the other boys following him.

Maria and I went to our room to decide where to put out a bunch of cat stuff they bought.
