- so, after the euros i'm obsessed with footballers (soccer players) specifically mason mount (above) and jack grealish and i really like football not even for the players lol they are a bonus. if you're wondering i support manchester united, have since i was born. and i really wanted to do an imagine based on that. but you are gonna have to imagine england won okay. okay xxx. -

"hey guys i'm y/n and welcome to my youtube channel!" you say excitedly to your recording camera while starting your car and reversing out of your driveway.

"so, in case you've been living under a rock or live outside of Europe, you would know that the European championship has been taking place for about a month now and the england team are doing very well." you say as you get onto the motorway and begin the trip to your nearest coffee shop and then to your boyfriends house.

"now i love football as i've been raised by a long chain of manchester united fans and i can remember going to matches since i was a little girl so i've never really paid attention or bothered with other players other than the world cup and the euros but-" you begin before you are cut off by your driving assistant.

"turn left at the next junction" you jump at the volume before rushing to turn the lady off.

"bloody hell" you say while holding your heart but keeping your eyes on the road.

"this year the england national team has been focusing on the youngsters and the new generation of football players and they are actually doing exceptionally well like i've been sat in my bed watching the training videos until about three in the morning. it's becoming an issue"

you say while laughing a bit at yourself, knowing that's what you did last night and definitely seeing the affects of the night under your eyes in the reflection of the windows.

"and the players are all over tiktok so i wouldn't be surprised if people from America have seen them honestly but good for you guys because they aren't a bad sight to look at at all." you mutter mostly to yourself but knowing the camera can pick you up.

"so, while pushing my prejudice against other teams aside for this championship, i got my hands on some tickets to the euro final. the semi final is tomorrow and i'm watching it with my boyfriend Louis, who i know you all love. which is actually why i'm going there now" you say while switching on your indicator as you near your coffee shop.

"but also i'm surprising him. we have been trying to watch the games together as much as possible and as much as covid will allow us because we are big fans and he even got me an england shirt. though he wasn't very happy i wanted the back to say 'mount' and not his last name" you say while giving the camera a wink and laughing at yourself while pointing at the england shirt on you.

"i saw a women at the last game that had a t-shirt saying 'mrs grealish 69' so he should count his blessings really even though that's what i'm thinking" you say cheekily thinking about louis' reaction when he watches this back.

"but yeah so i'm going to surprise him with the tickets today and film his reaction for you. but i don't know what i'm more nervous for, his reaction or the game tomorrow because if we lose i would have wasted a hell of a lot of money so it better come home!" you say.

you turn a final corner before pulling into the parking space on the corner of the coffee shop which you always park in.

"so, i've just arrived at my favourite coffee shop which i'm sure you all know by now. and as always remember it's better to support local services and shops rather that chained shops so trade starbucks in for the mini one in your town or city. and speaking of covid, always wear a mask even when the government advices not to because let's face it, boris doesn't have a clue." you say before getting out your car and locking it and putting your mask on.
