Madalyne's POV
After a long fucking day, I finally return from work. The senior professors were satisfied with my presentation for the program. My hand reaches the door but the voices behind the door freeze me.
"No way. No fucking way!" I hear Chloe's surprised voice.
"I had to, there was no other way," Selena utters.
"Honestly, you have to give up,"
"Fuck no, I have hope-," A swing the door open, freezing both of them.
"What are you two talking about?" My eyes squint in suspicion at them who gulp at me. Just as I am about to repeat my question, my phone rings, saving these two's asses.
"Yes, Sarah?"
"I don't think I can come tonight or tomorrow," Sarah mumbles with a hint of annoyance in her voice.
"What happened?" My voice fills with concern as I put the call on speaker for the others to hear.
"I will tell but don't freak out, okay?"
"Leo kind of kidnapped me...,"
"WHAT!?" We all shout in unison.
"I wasn't ready to listen so he literally carried me all the way to his car,"
"What the fuck?"
"I am not surprised"
"How sweet!"
Selena, Chloe and I shoot Sarah with our response, totally "worried" for our friend. "Where are you now?" Selena asks.
"His house. He apologized; not for the kidnapping though," Leo is a really good man but in a tough way. I know he can keep Sarah very happy
"Oh!" We all speak at the same time. We need to stop saying things at the same time. Sarah chuckles at our response. "So does that mean I am moving in the apartment alone?" The realization washes over me.
"Just for tonight, Mady," Sarah sighs. Selena and Chloe look at me with sympathy.
"Fine....take care of yourself ......and Leo," Before Sarah can say anything about the last part, I hang up, chuckling. Tonight Sarah and I were supposed to settle in our new home together, everything else is already shifted there, including clothes and other accessories.
"I cannot believe we are finally out of this dorm," Chloe chimes, totally excited since she is also moving in with Quinton.
"I'll miss you guys," I pull them into a warm hug. We have lived together for so long; both here and back in Canada. I just cannot believe we four are moving on so fast; Selena and Chloe finding their significant others and moving in with them, me and Sarah getting an apartment. Time just doesn't go slow.

It is about evening when I have finally reached the apartment and settled myself in. Feeling lonely, I invited Dad so he could accompany me in my leisure time. There is no fucking way I am spending the night alone in this huge apartment.
