Chapter 87

The next morning I got up before everyone else to start breakfast. "Happy New Years my little man" I said to Min-Jun, changing him into his tux onesie. "Your appa will love this!" I exclaimed, quickly taking a few pics and sending them to Jin.

I was surprised to see Jooheon up already sipping on coffee. "Hey you. Oh come here baby!" He said, holding out his hands. I chuckled as I handed him Min-Jun.

"You know, I have a niece back home in the states" he said randomly. I stopped pulling out the pancake ingredients to look at him. "I miss her so much. Every day. Jin must be going nuts." I nodded my head. "He asks almost every hour for a Min-Jun photo. Itll be harder once he goes back on tour."

"Most definitely. How will you be?" Jooheon asked. I shrugged. "I'll have to be fine. I got into this relationship knowing he'd be gone on tours. Even though Min-Jun wasn't planned, I have him to take care of. Regardless though, no matter how far away Jin is, I know at the end of the day he loves us and at some point will be returning to us."

Jooheon beamed. "That's some positive thinking noona." I laughed. "I wasn't always like this. Jin, and recently Yoongi, busted my shell." He nodded. "I get it. I was an angry person too. It's hard for people to be around us so those who stay, are worth it."

"What's with the philosophical shit so early in the morning?"

Jooheon and I looked up to see a smirking Jackson. He clearly had just come back from an early morning run. "Nothing. Help Noona cut fruit please?" Jackson laughed. "Yes fine."

Jooheon continued holding Min-Jun as Jackson and I worked on breakfast. Slowly everyone filtered into the dining room. Hyungwon looked like a zombie though.

After we ate we decided to decorate the house. The other Monsta X guys and Got7 guys were coming over tonight to watch the fireworks with us. Dakota, San and Kisa had left to pick up party hats, confetti, and whistles since they were 'essential' according to Hyungwon. And luckily Monsta X and Got7 agreed on picking up food before they came here.

At 8 on the dot, the doorbell rang. "I'll get it!" Jackson said, skipping off to the door. "Hey man!" I glanced over from my spot on the couch to see all of Got7 walk in. "We got some food!" JB said excitedly. "And I want the baby!" Youngjae replied, coming over to me. I chuckled, once again handing my baby over. "I see another baby to steal!" Bambam added, heading over to Angel and Hae-Won. "Shes wearing such a cute dress!" Bambam cood. "Her daddy bought it for her. Hes gonna be seeing her in it soon" Angel added.

Jinyoung smiled, walking over to me. "Hey. Hes adorable" he said, nodding to Min-Jun who was loving Youngjae singing to him. "Thank you so much. Here, let me help you" I replied, noticing he was holding some bags. Jinyoung and I headed into the kitchen where JB was setting up the food. "Thank you so much for bringing some food. We have the dessert all set as well" I added. JB nodded. "No problem. I know Changkyun texted saying they'd be here soon as well. He has the main dishes."

Jinyoung and I would plate everything that JB pulled out of the bags. "So, I heard you're engaged again? Yoongi is your other soulmate?" Jinyoung randomly asked.

Not gonna lie, I felt a bit nervous talking to a former interest about this.

"Yeah. It uh, was unexpected finding out Yoongi is also my other soulmate. It literally happened out of the blue."

Jinyoung nodded his head. "Congratulations on that. It's not easy finding one soulmate, much less two."

"And look who's here!" JB exclaimed. Changkyun walked in like a knight in shining armor.

"The main dish has arrived. And I bought food as well." He winked and blew a kiss. I burst out laughing and shook my head.

"Oh my God stop. Do you want Yoongi and Jin to kick your ass?" JB said to the younger one. Changkyun shrugged. "I doubt they could."
