Chapter 109

"I know this isn't extravagant, but I like simple."

Yoongi was setting our luggage down on the bed. I turned and smiled to him. "I love simple." He wrapped his arms around me, nestling his head in the crook of my neck and swayed us back and forth as we looked out over the mountains.

For our honeymoon, yoongi booked a little cabin nestled away in the woods on the outskirts of Seoul. It wasn't fancy by any means, and it was cheap, but I loved it. The cabin has one bedroom, one bathroom, a cozy fireplace clad living room with the kitchen right next to it. In the backyard was a swimming pool. We stopped on the way here to pick up groceries for our three day stay.

"Let's get the food refrigerated hmmm?" Yoongi nodded, kissing me on the cheek before heading into the kitchen. I decided while he did that I'd pack our clothes away.

That night Yoongi cooked an amazing meal of bulgogi, rice, fried chicken, and cheesecake. We ate in peace, enjoying wine and simple conversations.

This, this yoongi I love. The true Yoongi. Sure, his spit fire assaulting people with words rapper self is attractive but it's a facade. An alter ego some might even say.

After dinner I took a bath, relaxing in the water. When I was done I changed into a, ehm, special nightgown and headed out into the living room.

"Yoongi?" I called out when I realized I didn't see him. He wasn't anywhere in the cabin.

I stepped foot outside only to be greeted by dim lights strewn up around the porch. An air mattress was nestled under the lights with blankets and pillows galore. Around the bed lay tons of rose petals. Standing next to the bed with a smirk on his face is my new husband.

"Whats this?" I asked smiling. Yoongi wrapped his arms around me, gently kissing my head. "This is where hopefully I'll become a father."

The next day we went out fishing on the lake. Yoongi got jealous I caught a huge fish but then released it back into the water. We video chatted Min-Jun and Jin, making my heart ache. Sure, I enjoy spending my honeymoon with my husband but I miss my soulmate and son.

Yoongi promised Min-Jun he'd bring him back a present. I'm not entirely sure what yet since there's nothing around us but knowing yoongi he'll probably craft him a gift.

We then lit a fire, snuggling next to it with a blanket wrapped around us.

Yoongi would play with the ring on my right hand (we opted to put our wedding bands on our right hands.) "I can't believe we're finally married. I never thought I would be married. Ever. But here we are" Yoongi said. I smiled up at him and kissed him.

"I too never thought I'd get married but first I married Jin and now I married you, which I also didn't think would ever happen. But I feel like my life is complete. For the first time ever."

Yoongi smirked at me then took a sip of his whiskey. "It's funny. Life is I mean. I feel like we have plans laid out for us before we're even grown. Especially with the whole soulmate thing. I honestly never liked the idea of some sort of fate deciding who I fall in love with but, I can see why it chose us to be together."

Man these 12 hour shifts are killing me but I do enjoy having the four days off.
