I sit next to him and shake him a little. He opens his eyes. "Morning, Declan." "Morning? It's like 12 am. Feeling all better?" "No, but I'll feel a little better once I apologize. You stayed here with me. You never left my side." "Because I care about you so much. Best friends stick together. It's why you still have our friendship bracelet on." I smile and look down.
