JUSTINE
After the dinner and a little celebration for the birthday girl, we decided to take a stroll. It's just 7:30 and we're planning to walk in the famous crossing—Shibuya Crossing. We actually crossed this morning after visiting the statue but Samantha wanted to see it during night time.
"How come you're not tired yet? We've been walking since morning and here you are having a full energy." I asked because I'm really of walking all day long.
"Woah. Is that you saying you're tired of walking all day? You like working out but not walking?" She said it with her teasing smile like she's saying I'm weak.
"I like walking but not all-day and I didn't say I'm tired, sunshine." I called her sunshine because I know she hates it when I'm calling her that. Also, I don't want to admit that I'm tired.
"I told you not to call me sunshine, hindi ako si Sunshine. Call me babe or whatever basta huwag lang sunshine." May inis na turan niya kaya natawa na lang ako.
"Okay, whatever."
"You're so corny talaga." Turan niya saka pinisil ang kamay ko na hawak niya. Kaming dalawa lang ang magkasama ngayon dahil inaantok na si Shin kaya nauna na sila sa hotel.
"Korni na kung korni. Ikaw nga konyo eh, konyo na cute." Kaya siguro nagiging konyo na rin si Shin dahil dito sa mommy niya.
"Kapag hindi ka pa tumigil ay iiwan talaga kita rito."
"As if naman mawawala ako, baka ikaw ang maligaw kapag iniwan kita. Marami pa namang goons dito at yakuza." Pananakot ko pero mukhang hindi naman siya nasindak man lang.
"Marami rin namang pogi rito so I don't really mind." Tugon niya kaya medyo tumaas ang kilay ko.
"Nah. We both know you're not into handsome guys."
"Sinasabi mo ba na wala akong taste?" Siya naman ngayon ang nagtaas ng kilay.
"Of course not. You like me so you have a good taste." Phew! Minsan kailangan nating magbuhat ng sariling bangko.
"Okay, pagbigyan. Anyway, I was thinking of getting us a dog. I will name him Hachiko, like you know, the loyal dog. What do you think?"
"Good idea. I'm actually thinking of giving you a guard dog as a gift to keep you guys company. I have a friend na nagwo-work sa isang animal shelter. Pwede natin siyang puntahan para tumingin ng gusto mong i-adopt or do you want to buy?" Wala namang kaso sa akin kung bibili siya o mag-aampon. Na-a-appreciate ko 'yung pagtatanong niya ng kung ano ang opinion ko sa mga desisyon niya.
"Siguro mag-a-adopt na lang. Isama natin si Shin dahil siya ang pipili. She likes pet and she's been asking for a playmate."

We crossed the famous crossing together with other people. It really is the busiest intersection. It's like you're walking and all you see is faces of different people. I've cross this intersection several time but I still find it amazing on how hundreds of people cross in this street.
"Do you find walking romantic? I mean s'ympre kasama ang partner mo gano'n." Biglang tanong niya habang naglalakad kami patungo sa isang convenience store.
"Nope. I know you do."
"Of course. I'm considering this day as our date. I like walking with you, I feel safe. I think it's sweet when you hold my hand while we're walking. I know I do sound like a hopeless romantic."
"You're not a hopeless romantic and you're cute now. I would love to hold your hand as long as you like." Natigil ang usapan namin nang makarating na kami sa convenience store. Para siyang bata dahil una niyang pinuntahan ang mga chocolates.
