"The poison was on the cup! Raven didn't do it!" Leoni exasperated aloud, suddenly she heard the lock turn
She took a quick step back to avoid being hit by the swinging door. Lexa stood back from the entrance and Gustus was in front of her. Lexa wore an expression of guilt that sent shivers up Leoni's spine
"What did you do?" She asked but dreaded the answer

"Raven has been sentenced to death by 100 cuts" Lexa answered as strongly as she could. Leoni shook her head in utter disbelief

"You didn't" Leoni felt the heat come across her cheeks like a sand storm
"You wouldn't!" She inhaled sharply

"Your safety is my primary responsibility and today that was jeopardised." Lexa explained

"It wasn't her" Leoni fought back

"You see Leok! This is what caring does! She had poison on her! You can't see it because you care too much" Lexa groaned.

"Because the poison was on the cup" Leoni held up the goblet in question
"It was Humpty Dumpty over here!" Leoni nodded to an extremely guilty looking Gustus

"That's ridiculous why would he do that!" Lexa denied snatching the goblet from Leoni's hand

"So you would think the sky people did it and call off the truce! That's why he tried to stop me from drinking because he intended on doing so himself!" Leoni looked the man up and down in disgust.
"Yeah that's right! Fi fi fo thumb I smell the blood of someone looking pretty damn dumb" Leoni snarked cheekily. Lexa rose her eyes to Gustus slowly now fully believing her friend after seeing the evidence herself

"and why did we find poison on Raven?" Lexa asked

"I-" Leoni began

"I want the traitor to answer" Lexa sneered. Leoni relaxed at her words. She believed her! Thank Becca

"I planted it while searching her Heda" he admitted shamefully

"Why." Lexa asked in a tone that was so betrayed it didn't even sound like a question

"This alliance is a bad idea I was trying to protect you! I never intended for you or Leok to drink!"

"but Leok did, you could have killed her!" Lexa growled furious

"GUARDS" Leoni called and two grounders ran towards the trio
"Take doctor dimwit here and tie him up in Raven's place" she snarled never allowing her eyes to leave Gustus's

"Same crime same punishment" Lexa seconded and he was taken away. Leoni then grabbed Lexa's hand and pulled her past Gustus amd outside towards where Raven was being prepared for execution. As the pair emerged Leoni took in the scene. A crowd of grounders had gathered and Indra was just about ready to take the first cut.

"STOP" Leoni roared as she broke into a jog to get over to Raven. Indra barely backed off and the crowd didn't stop shouting
"I SAID STOP" Leoni shouted again more aggressively and the crowd calmed down. Indra didn't. Leoni turned so she was mere inches apart from her former mentor 
"Stand the hell down" she sneered in a tone of seriousness no one had heard from her before. Indra did as she was told without question although her eyes stuck on Raven's

"Yes Leok" Indra bowed her head. Leoni cut Raven down as the girl collapsed into her arms. Leoni held her tightly

"You ok baby?" She whispered and felt Raven nod into her. Lexa explained to the grounders what had really happened and Gustus was now strung up. Leoni pulled Raven towards the sky people as Lexa fired up the crowd once more. Raven stood up fully when she was greeted by her friends and Bellamy wrapped his arms around Leoni making her stumble slightly.
"Woah" she laughed hugging him back at the same level of force

"You're ok!" He breathed clutching her to him as if she would slip away at any second

"Yeah" Leoni sighed burying her head into his shoulder amd savouring the moment

"I heard you shouting I tried I-" the boy tried to justify why he hadn't come running at her cry's

"I know it's ok" she assured her hands coming up to run through his hair calmingly, pulling his head further into the crook of her neck.

"I thought you were dead for a second" he laughed lightly into her

"Takes a lot more than a Luke Skywalker wannabe to take me down" she smirked pulling away and gesturing towards Gustus
"Speaking of which I got a traitor to hurt and a dad to piss off I'll be right back" she winked and skipped off to Lexa's side. Leoni stared into the man's very soul as his breathing quickened

"...for this you will pay with 100 cuts" Lexa sneered handing Leoni her blade

"This is from me and Raven" Leoni growled slashing the man across the stomach with a battle cry. Speckles of blood landed on her face as it oozed out of the whimpering Gustus. Leoni handed the blade back to Lexa before wiping the blood off of her face and walking back towards the sky people. Leoni walked straight up to her father looking him dead in the eye
"This is who I am" she grinned manically spreading her arms I'm gesture to the grounders behind her. Kane's jaw stiffened and he looked his daughter up and down before she walked towards her friends and made sure each of them were ok. Even Clarke...even Abby! once Leoni was sure everyone was safe she walked over to where Raven, Bellamy and Clarke had gathered with Abby.
"what's going on?"

"Raven set up a radio and she just picked up a message from Jasper" Clarke explained bright eyed and hopeful

"spear sucker?" Leoni asked raising her eyebrows in question

"he did it!" Abby smiled

"that's amazing did you tell Heda?" Leoni smiled eyeing each of the kids. she didn't miss the way Clarke and Bellamy seemed to stiffen at her presence

"I'm going now" Clarke told her
"this is all thanks to Raven, we're going to save our people!" Clarke smiled and Leoni gave Raven a look of pride

"of course it is she's a genius" Leoni smiled pulling the girl into her

So added my own twist in this episode, I hope you guys understand the fee fi fo thumb bit, if not it's a children's rhyme about a giant so yeah
