My Blood

Our first contestant

"i'm gonna go find Octavia i'll meet you at the rover" Leoni patted Bellamy's arm and went to find her second who was hopefully with Luna. she stalked through the hallways and all the greetings she received were abuse.

"get outta here grounder"

"you don't deserve to live"

"clogging up spaces in our bunker"

"your fathers a bastard for letting you stay" Leoni was so mad she didn't even think about what she did next. she turned around slowly to face the woman who said that sentence. a fire burned so darkly in her eyes the colour almost changed

"say that again" Leoni whispered venomously

"i said you're dad is a bastard" the woman repeated stepping forward trying to intimate the blonde. Leoni looked her dead in the eye before plunging one of her blades through the woman's throat so the now red stained tip came out the back of the woman's neck. her eyes went wide as blood burst out of her mouth. Leoni held eye contact as the red spattered onto her face and she watched the woman in front of her die

"well that's one less life to worry about" Leoni shrugged as she pulled out her blade making the dead woman fall to the floor
"who else has something to say about my father?" Leoni asked spinning round to face the circle of sky people that had now formed around her in the circular main arena
"come on! i'll tell you what! i'll even put my weapons down" Leoni babied as she placed her two blades on the floor and held her hands up. one man came running at her from behind
"our first contestant!" Leoni tilted her head, cracked her knuckles turned around landed a punch into the man's gut making him fold over. Leoni spun the man around and then twisted his head so his neck snapped killing him instantly and shoving him to the ground
"two for two! fancy making it three?" it seemed someone did as another boy not much older than Leoni ran at her, bent down and ready to tackle her to the ground. Leoni spun herself over his back before kneeing him in the gut making him fall face up on the ground. Leoni raised her knee and smashed his skull with her boot. killing him. a woman came to attack her from behind but Leoni heard her. she reached her leg back and kicked her back before turning around, pulling out her dagger and jabbed it into her jugular, blood spurting out onto Leoni's face. she stepped back as the woman fell and shrugged pulling a fake apologetic face
"looks like i lied" she sucked in a sharp breath and shrugged, sliding her dagger away and flipping up her two blades into her hands and spinning them around. two men ran at her, she spun around, arms out slicing them both through the gut blood covering more of her face, clothes and adding to her kill count. Leoni looked around at the people. most had backed off but some still glared angrily at her
"now. who else has a problem with my being here? seriously come on have a go" a woman came rushing towards Leoni with her fist raised Leoni sliced off her wrist then her other one before piercing her heart with the blade and killing her. a woman and a man walked towards her with their own daggers. Leoni pretended to stumble before falling into them and pushing her blades through their chests before pushing herself back up
"god i am on fire!" Leoni riled herself up jumping about looking for her next competitor but there wasn't one. everyone who had gathered had stepped back ready to attend to her every need. Leoni looked around nodding
"looks like some of you are smarter than your friends" Leoni nodded before sliding her blades into her holsters and walking away. she walked into the dorm that now belonged to Octavia and Luna for the time being. Octavia was sat on the edge of her bed nursing the still recovering nightblood when Leoni walked in Octavia looked to her shoes, recognising the blood stained boots as her commanders she looked up to see Leoni's blood spattered face she instantly stood up
