"Honeymoon suite, really?" Ruby quizzed as she entered the hotel room. "I'm flattered."

Shutting the door behind him, Sam turned to face the dark haired woman. "Did you bust me out of that room?" He asked.

"How could I, Sam?" She questioned rhetorically. "The whole thing's engineered to bite me in the ass."

"Then how did I get out of there?"

"I don't know. I don't wanna know." The demoness replied. "You're out. That's all that matters. I'm glad you're here."

"Yeah? Where the hell have you been?" The hunter asked.

"I got here as quick as I could." She answered.

"I mean the past three weeks." He specified. "I've been calling you."

"I've been pretty deep in it trying to dig out Lilith. Sometimes I can't sit around and check my voicemail." Ruby replied, folding her arms across her chest. "I'm sorry you're hurting. Really. I had no idea that they would do that to you."

Sam shifted in his spot as a frown graced his features. "You and me both.." He said.

"You didn't book this joint just to impress me, did you?" She asked, glancing around the room.

"Dean's gonna come after me." He stated. "And he knows my habits, my aliases, everything. He knows exactly which motel I'd pick. And Maddie.."

"Hence the room." The demoness finished with a nod of her head.

The hunter gave a short nod. "Whatever it takes to shake him."

"It won't be easy." She pointed out. "I mean, he knows you better than anyone and she's your best friend."

"Not as well as he thinks." He replied as his frown deepened at the thought of Madelyn. "And Maddie, she hates me.. I'm nothing but a monster."

Ruby smiled slightly as she took a step closer towards the hunter. "You know, it's sad." She said.

"What?" Sam asked.

"That things have gotten this bad between you two." She stated, peering up at him as she began to stroke his hair.

All of a sudden, Sam slammed her down onto the bed and leaned over her, slowly moving down her body until he found the knife in her ankle sheath. He drew the blade from the sheath and cut her arm before he leaned down and sucked her blood - all while Ruby had simply smirked.

"Sam left." Madelyn said as she approached the Impala.

She had come to not too long after Sam had left her lying in the middle of the road with a crowbar that had been discarded nearby - the said hunter no where to be seen.

"You alright, kid?" Bobby asked with a soft frown to which the young blonde had simply nodded off with a slight smile. "Well, police found my car. Abandoned in an alley in Jamestown, North Dakota."

"He's switching up." Dean stated knowingly. "Any other cars stolen in Jamestown?"

"Two." The older hunter replied with a nod of his head. "1999 Honda Civic, blue. Nice and anonymous, like Sam likes."

"What was the other one?" The sandy haired male questioned.

"White oh-five Escalade with custom rims. It's a neon sign." Bobby said.

"You're right. He'd never take that." Dean declared. "Which is exactly what he did."

"You think?"

"I know that kid. Alright, we'll head in that direction." The eldest Winchester said. "You stay here, ride the police databases. We gotta find him quick."

"Your appetite's gotten much bigger

"Your appetite's gotten much bigger." Ruby stated, lying next to Sam.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Sam asked as he stared up at the ceiling.

"Sam, relax." The demoness replied with a soft laugh. "It's okay. It's good. Just means you're getting stronger, that's all. It means you're strong enough to kill Lilith. Just in time, too, because the final seals are breaking."

The hunter sat up at this revelation and shifted his gaze towards the brunette. "How many are left?" He asked.

"Three.." She answered, pushing herself up. "Two.."

"What?" He quizzed with a furrowed brow. "Where are the Angels?"

"Screwing the pooch, wherever they are." She shrugged. "The point is, it's looking more and more like were getting down to the final seal. And I found out something big."

"What?"

"Seal sixty-six. It can't be broken by just any demon. Apparently, only Lucifer's first can do it."

"Lucifer's first?" Sam question in confusion.

"Demon Sunday School story. God prefers humans to Angels." Ruby explained. "Lucifer gets jealous and then he gets creative. And he twists and tempts a human soul into the very first demon as a 'screw you' to God. It's what got him locked up in the first place."

"That was Lilith?" He asked.

"She's way older than she looks." She said.

"Wait. So if Lilith is the only one who can break the final seal, if I get to her in time.."

Ruby nodded her head. "Then Lucifer never busts out of his cage." She finished. "Exactly."

"Great." Sam said with a nod of his head. "You figure out where she is?"

"The bitch can hide. But I finally have a lead on someone who might be able to help us." The demoness stated. "I closed in on a member of Lilith's entourage. You might call her a personal chef."

"Chef? Seriously?" The hunter quizzed. "What does she eat?"

"You don't wanna know."
