His wings are severely broken when he plays Decked Out. The Ravager is after him and he barely gets through a door when it closes in his wings. He's trapped in the Nether part of the dungeon and no one hears his screams. He lost his communicator somewhere back there and he can't move.
When Tango goes to make some more compasses he hears impulse screaming for help right above him.
