Author's note: so this random idea popped into my head to do this one shot. It's kinda a lot like my book Saving You. Well it's the same idea anyway. But I really love the couple of Lana and Roman and I really wanted to write this. So here it is. Warning: rape and abuse are in this.
Roman's POV
Everyone thinks that since I didn't win the title at Wrestlemania, that's all I want. Well that isn't true at all. Sure it would have been nice to win it and be champion but there's something I want more then any title. I've wanted this for a long long time now. Love. And ever since she started here a year ago I've been in love with her. Lana. Tonight I watch him send her away. Her ungrateful brat of a boyfriend Rusev. Who thinks he's better then everyone else even though he clearly isn't and we all know it.
When Lana walks backstage I see two things about her I've never see on her before. Tears in eyes and bruises on her legs. Plus shes almost limping a little. I go to try and talk to her for the first time, when Rusev comes storming over to her. He roughly grabs her arm and yells at her in Russian. She just nods and doesn't say anything. She lets him pull her away. What has happened to her? The Lana I knew was strong and knew when to fight back. But now she is a broken shell of what she once was. I sigh and go get ready for my match tonight with Randy Orton.
Lana's POV
Rusev takes me back to the hotel. I know it's time for my punishment so I get ready for it. It starts with the beating. Then he rapes me and beats me again. Tonight will be no different I'm sure.
When Rusev finished raping me he looks at me evilly. "Tonight will be a little different. Tonight I will snap your ankles and feet so you can't follow me to the ring anymore." He said. I close my eyes and get ready for the most painful thing I will probably ever feel.
Roman's POV
I get back to the hotel after my match exhausted. I can't wait to sleep. I unlock the door and go in. I take a shower and I'm about to get into bed and get comfortable so I can sleep, when I hear a scream. It's definitely a girl screaming too. Run to the room next door since I can tell it came from there. I bust the door open and walk in to a horrifying seen. Lana is naked and bleeding from many places on her body. Her arms and legs are tied down with chains and Lana's left leg and foot is bent really awkwardly. It looks like Rusev was about to break her other leg too. I spear Rusev to the ground and punch him until he is unconscious. Then I untie Lana. She is weak from blood loss so I take her to the hospital.
Lana had to have surgery but after that I go and stay by her side. "I love you Lana and I will never leave you." I whisper to her and kiss her. "I love you too Roman." She whispered back.
