The Razor Crest bumped slightly as it landed on the dusty ground of Arvala-7. There were tall sandy mountains scattered all around.

Mando stood up from his chair and I quickly followed after him. He climbed down the ladder first and I watched to make sure he was out of the way before I descended myself. The two of us walked across the hull towards the door. Mando pressed a button on the side panel to allow the door to lower.

The hatch made a hissing sound as it slid open. I was immediately hit with the heat from the planet as the ramp lowered, it wasn't unbearably hot, but it was a stark difference from the last planet we got a bounty from.

Mando walked down first and I kept closely behind him. The sand crunched under my boots as I stepped off the ramp and onto the ground.

Mando was holding his pulse rifle in one hand and the tracking fob in the other. I glanced around at the place where we had landed. I couldn't see any civilizations, only mountains and a long stretch of sand.

The tracking fob was letting out a soft beep and blinking red. It showed us that we were close, but not close enough to the bounty. We still had some way to go before they could catch them. Mando put the tracking fob back into his pocket.

He then held up his rifle and used the scope as a telescope, checking out the area.

I suddenly felt like something was off. while I was standing next to the mandalorian I could feel another presence. It wasn't like anything I'd ever felt before but it still felt weirdly familiar. It felt like something was pulling me forward. Calling out to me from across the planet.

The feeling distracted me, pulling me away from reality and leaving my head spinning. This caused me to not realize that a blurrg was charging towards us at a great speed.

It came straight for Mando, in a panic he lifted his arm and tried to use the flamethrower that was attached to his vambrace. Although that allowed the Blurrg to grab onto his arm with its mouth and lift him up into the air. I gasped when he flew upwards. Concern hammered against my chest and my head spun, but I quickly pushed away the feeling. I couldn't afford to slip up right now.

Mando started to shout out in pain, causing my fear to skyrocket once again. I very quickly pulled my blaster out from its holster and aimed it at the Blurrg. I rapidly fired at the blurrg, being careful to not hit my partner in the process. I was hoping to distract it so it would let him go.

While I was shooting at it, Mando started to punch it in the side of the head, trying desperately to free himself. It eventually let go of his arm. But it wasn't for long as it grabbed hold of him again.

I raised my blaster again and went to shoot, but before I could a blaster bolt shot past my head. I ducked to avoid being shot, a jolt of panic rocked through me as I looked towards Mando, praying to the stars that he hadn't been hit. But, fortunately, it had hit the blurrg.  The animal fell unconscious. I breathed out a sigh of relief and turned to face the direction that the shot had come from. I aimed my blaster forward as a precaution.

When I turned around, my heart leapt to my throat as Blurrg was running straight for me. I aimed my blaster towards the fast moving animal, but before it could attack me, another blaster shot rang out and it collapsed to the ground.

I saw a ugnaught riding on a Blurrg with a rifle in his hands. I eyed him suspiciously and turned my head to check on Mando, he was still laying on the ground beside the unconscious blurrg. His arm was still wedged in the creature's mouth. I slowly back up with my blaster still raised. Once I was beside Mando, I crouched down beside him, keeping my blaster trained on the mysterious ugnaught.
