The ship had fallen quiet ever since Bo-Katan admitted to surrendering to the empire. Bo had taken a moment to herself and stepped off of the ship, but after some reassuring words from Din, she had rejoined us back on board.

Several of the Mandalorians who had stayed on Mandalore were sick and injured. They were laying on stretchers as others tended to them. They needed to get proper medical care, which would include getting off this planet and taking them back to the ship up above. Bo-Katan and the armorer were talking to each other as they stood over the beds of the injured.

I glanced over at Din and decided that I wanted to speak with him, his presence always comforted and grounded me. But as I moved away from the railing I was standing at, I accidentally bumped into one of the Mandalorians.

"I'm sorry." I said kindly with an apologetic smile

"Don't worry about it, it's fine." The man with the white hair said, his eyes drifted down and landed on the hilt of my blades that rested at my side. I watched as his eyes widened. "Is that..." he trailed off nervously. He then reached down and very quickly grabbed his blaster. "Jedi." He stated angrily as he aimed his blaster straight at me.

"Woah, wait." I said nervously as I took a step back and raised my hands out in front of me, trying to placate the suddenly hostile Mandalorian.

The other Mandalorians who also stayed on Mandalore also raised their blasters and came to stand beside their friend. I watched them cautiously as I tried to think of my next move. It was best for me to stay still and not make myself a threat to them, so drawing my blades wouldn't be the smartest idea.

"Woah! Stop, stop!" Din suddenly stepped in between the Mandalorians and I with his hands raised

"What's going on?" Bo-Katan asked as she glanced between Din and the Mandalorians. The other Mandalorians were giving us space, but I could see their hands moving towards their blasters.

"She is a Jedi. How could you take her here? To Mandalore? The Jedi are our enemy." The man spat as he kept his eyes trained on me.

"They are not. Especially not Celeste." Bo-Katan stated

"She is My Riduur. She is one of us, lower your blasters." Din stayed firmly. I could see his fingers twitching, the urge to grab his blaster was strong, but not the best move.

"You're Riduur? You married a Jedi?" One of the Mandalorians asked with a judgemental tone.

"Yes. Now lower your weapons." Din stated firmly

"I'm not here to hurt anyone, I promise. I'm just here to help." I said gently. The Mandalorians looked at each other before they cautiously lowered their weapons.

Once their weapons were lowered and back in their holsters, everyone seemed to relax. The air was still tense, but at least no one was threatening anyone anymore. The Mandalorians backed away and went back to helping the Injured.

Din turned around to face me and gently held onto my upper arm. "Are you okay?" He asked gently.

"Yeah, I'm okay. Can't expect every Mandalorian to accept that I'm a Jedi, considering our people's history." I said with a small shrug, trying to act like I wasn't fazed by what had happened.

"I know, but they still shouldn't have threatened you like that." Din stated as he leant forward and placed his forehead against mine. I smiled softly and gently took a hold of his hand.

Things had calmed down since last night, the newest additions to our scouting party had calmed down and begun to accept my presence. The sun had begun to peak over the horizon, casting the abandoned planet in a calming orange hue.
