My eyes narrowed as I tightened my fingers around the cold handle of the blaster. I focused solely on the row of mixed bottles and mugs that sat upon a fallen tree. I took in a deep breath before I pulled the trigger, the bright red blaster bolt flew through the air with a fierce noise. It hit the green glass bottle in the center, causing it to shatter into pieces.

I grinned and huffed a sigh of relief, another perfect shot, I'm getting pretty good at this. Pierce has been teaching me since I was 8 after all, he wanted me to be prepared for anything. I lowered the blaster to my side as I examined my handywork.

The noise of clapping caught my attention, I turned my head and saw the older man walking over to me with an almost proud look on his face. I smiled lightly and shook my head, looking back towards the fallen tree trunk again.

"Hey, kid." His gruff voice called out.

"What?" I asked as I turned my head back over to him. He tossed a small object in my direction and I quickly shot my right hand out, catching it with ease.

I held up the object and my eyes widened as I made out the familiar round shape of a bounty puck. I looked up from the puck to look at Pierce with hopeful eyes. "Are you serious?"

"Yeah. It's about time I let you do your first hunt. You're ready." He clasped my shoulder with his hand in a fond manner.

"Thank you. I won't let you down." I smiled as I tightened my fingers around the bounty puck.

"I know you won't." Pierce replied confidently.

I groaned as I slowly came back to consciousness. There was a throbbing pain in my head alongside an ache across my entire body from the strange position I was stuck in. I cracked my eyes open to be met with the metal bars of a cage. I could sense Din's body pressing up against my own, we were positioned so I was laying on top of him with his back to me. Feeling him this close served as a small amount of comfort.

"Din?" I groaned quietly

"Celeste? Are you okay?" Din replied, the concern was thick in his voice.

"I guess. What the hell happened." I replied, feeling extremely constricted and claustrophobic.

"We've been captured by...something. But don't worry. I've sent Grogu to get help." Din explained

"You sent Grogu?" I asked in confusion.

"Yeah...I told him to go get Bo-Katan." Din responded

"She's gonna laugh at us, isn't she." I muttered mostly to myself. Before Din could respond to my comment, something aggressively made contact with the cage. From the way that I was angled I couldn't see who it was, but I could only guess it was someone or something that had taken us captive.

The loud noise made me wince and the hard impact vibrated throughout the metal cage. I sighed as the pain in my head only worsened. I heard footsteps as the thing walked away from us and once it stopped I heard a quiet humming of a machine coming to life. I sighed softly and restrained myself from trying to shuffle, not wanting to hurt Din or myself.

The heavy metal footsteps heading back towards us again, I couldn't help but tense up as they stood beside the cage. Suddenly Din jolted from underneath me. I felt his entire body tense up and he groaned in pain. My heart rate picked up, I couldn't see what was happening. I felt my body start to tremble from fear, but not fear for myself. I feared for Din, I always do.

"Din? What's going on?" I asked worriedly. Before he could respond, the cage started to rotate to the right. I tensed up as we moved uncomfortably. The cage stopped after a moment so we were laying on our side.
