I flinched as I hid my head behind Mando's back, I pushed my face up against his cloak as sand flew about, violently whipping at my exposed skin and getting in my eyes.

I gripped tightly to the mandalorian as we flew across the sandy dunes of Tatooine. I could definitely tell that Mando and Toro were trying to compete against each other. And as the nonconsenting participant, it wasn't appreciated.

Eventually, we began to slow down as we came closer to the bounty's position. I hoped that this wouldn't take long so we could go back to the crest. Toro was starting to get on my nerves.

We came to a stop behind a sand dune. Toro pulled his scarf off from around his face and pulled his goggles down around his neck. "What's going on?" He asked Mando

"Look. Up ahead." Mando said. Toro slid off of his bike and pulled out a pair of binoculars. He walked forward and held them up to his eyes.

"Tusken raiders. I heard the locals talking about this filth." Toro said

"Tuskens think they're the locals." Mando stated. "Everyone else is just trespassing."

"Well whatever they call themselves, they best keep their distance." Toro said

I tried not to laugh as two Tuskens walked up behind Toro who was still looking through his binoculars.

"Yeah? Why don't you tell them yourself?" Mando asked him

Toro jumped and spun around as one of the Tusken raiders called out.

Mando jumped off of the bike and walked over to him. "Relax." He said as he held his hand out

He then began to use the sign language that the Tuskens often used to communicate with each other. Mando was very good with languages, I often wondered if there was even a language that he didn't speak.

"What are you doing?" Toro asked

"Negotiating." Mando stated

Mando and the Tuskens continued to communicate with each other through sign language.

"What's going on?" Toro asked

"We Need passage across their land. Let me see the binocs." Mando said to Toro

"Why?" He asked

Toro handed the binoculars over to Mando exasperatedly, once Mando had it in his hands, he threw it over to the Tuskens.

"Hey, what?" Toro asked in annoyance as Mando handed over his binoculars. I pursed my lips together to stop myself from laughing.

Mando walked away from the Tuskens and headed back to the speeder.

"Those were brand new." Toro said in exasperation.

"Yeah, They were." Mando replied as he carefully got back onto the bike. Situating himself in front of me. Once Mando sat down again, he revved the engine and shot off. I held onto him as we flew across the desert once again.

I flinched and grabbed onto the seat behind me as Mando braked hard and leapt off of the speeder bike. "Get down." He called out as he kept low behind the sand dune.

I swung my legs off of the speeder bike and dropped into a crouch as I followed him towards the sand dune.

"What? Oh." Toro Said as He followed after us quickly.

I dropped onto my stomach next to Mando at the top of the sand dune. I peaked out behind it and glanced at what Mando had spotted. There was a Dewback pacing around below them. Toro came and dropped down next to me.
