7 months later - Celeste's POV

The air around me was still and calm. I took in a deep breath and savored the smell of rain in the air. My hands were folded neatly in my lap as I meditated. A cold, wet thing quickly broke me out of my calm state of being. I knew what it was without having to even open my eyes.

"Ad'ika, why are your hands wet?" I asked slowly. I opened my eyes and looked down at Grogu, whose hands were holding onto mine. He giggled in response to my question.

"Have you been playing with the frogs again? I told you not to do that." I said sternly. All he did was stare up at me with wide eyes and giggle.

I looked up as footsteps approached me. Master Skywalker was standing behind Grogu with a stern look on his face. "I apologise, Celeste. Someone managed to evade me."

"Don't worry about it, master." I said with a small smile.

"Come Grogu." Master Skywalker gestured with his hand for the child to follow him. Grogu cooed up at him and refused to move from my side.

"Grogu, go with Master Skywalker." I said gently. Grogu looked up at me reluctantly before he waddled over to Luke.

"Would you like to join us in meditating by the lake, Celeste?" Master Luke asked me

I thought about it for a second before I nodded to him. "Yes. I'll be right over."

Luke nodded and gestured with his hand for the child to follow him. Grogu was more willing to go with him now that I had agreed to meet with them. He waddled alongside Master Skywalker. Luke occasionally used the force to move the child along so he wouldn't fall behind. I smiled gently as they walked into the woods.

I took in a deep breath and glanced down at my Jedi-like attire. Master Skywalker had insisted that if I were to be a Jedi then it would be a good idea to dress like one. Well, he didn't put it exactly like that, but I do agree with the sentiment.

My two lightsabers were hooked on either side of my belt. I ran my thumb across one of the hilts gently. It was reassuring to know that they were there. That I always had a piece of my parents with me. That even though they were gone, they were still helping to protect me in some way. I exhaled softly and stood up from the grass, heading towards Master Skywalker and Grogu.

Din's POV

I opened my eyes and stared up at the trees overhead. This place was nice, it had a lot of foliage and mountains. It seemed like it was safe. A good place for my family to be staying. The bench underneath me was surprisingly comfortable. I was secretary glad to be able to rest for a while, even though I was still mad at that droid for parking me here with no explanation.

The thought that kept repeating in my mind was that they were here. She was here. We were finally on the same planet for the first time in 7 months. I wanted nothing more than to run across the entire planet in search of her and of the child. I had missed him as well, more than I would have expected.

I suddenly felt like someone was staring at me. On instinct, I grabbed my blaster and aimed it in the direction of the person. My eyes fell upon a familiar woman and I quickly relaxed. It was Ahsoka Tano. I sat up from the bench, feeling slightly awkward that she had been staring at me while I had been lounging.

"You. I didn't expect to see you here." I said

"I'm an old friend of the family." Ahsoka said with her arms crossed over her chest.

"I thought you weren't going to help train Grogu and Celeste." I asked her. I knew that she had visited Celeste a couple of months ago, but I didn't think she'd still be here.
