I had an idea that in the trilogy, there can be two forms of the Greek gods because in the book, of course, you'll have a black Zeus but his true form is different. Since the Greek gods can pick any appearance of their choice, their true forms will be what they look like in my head.

In the trilogy, the Greek gods in their true forms will be about 7 feet to 10 feet tall. Each Greek god will have unique appearances that stand out. I already have ideas for Aphrodite and Hera except for the rest I'm still trying to envision.

I know my drawing skills aren't the best but that is what I could come up with. So in the book, I imagine Zeus (Idris Elba) in his true form and having a big-budget CGI around it. Something like the Blood of Zeus look.

And I know in the show, they made Zeus more of a sympathetic character and Hera with villain attributes due to her husband's cheating except in the book, both characters will be villains with morals. Zeus will be a full-on villain and Hera has more intellectual sense by getting mad at evil doings from her husband's actions when she's the one who will torment the women that Zeus has been with. So it is a mixed with how I view Hera's personality.

In a sense, I sympathize with Hera on what she does since it's coming from a place of hurt and betrayal. Except you have to look at it from another perspective. The women that Zeus was with either consented or not consented, all of them were innocent and had no power over what Zeus in the myths has done to them. They were beautiful and had lives of their own but Zeus destroyed their lives when he lusted after them. Not only that, Hera doesn't go after her sister, Demeter whom Zeus has raped + took advantage of Persephone due to her looking like her mother. She does nothing to her except if it's a mortal woman or goddess, she does not play. Not only that, Amphitrite (Poseidon's wife) does not do anything when Poseidon took a form of a horse and raped Demeter in horse form. Crazy right?

There are many different versions of the myths with some people wishing for happy stories but no this is not how I will do in the trilogy. Messed-up things will happen and expect small hints of surprises coming along. The trilogy will be filled with angst, action, romance, and drama.

Zeus has a strong (very) sexual desire and that'll be prominent in the trilogy. He's gonna be full of problems and there will be flashbacks of him as a child with his siblings because I have big ideas having a psychological perspective on Zeus's character and the same with the rest.
