When unnie said I must have a look at the guys' faces, she wasn't kidding. They certainly looked exhausted. Maybe exhausted is not the correct word; they looked beaten up, especially Jin.

Yesterday's events undoubtedly took a toll on everyone. When they saw me, each one of them put up a smile, but it never reached their eyes. The lively energy they exuded yesterday was replaced with gloom and anxiousness. Quite frankly I felt awful, knowing I made them look like this.

Deciding to talk it out before our breakfast ends; I said, "Guys... "

Seven pairs of eyes landed on me, and I nervously glanced at unnie, who gave me a knowing smile.

"Please, don't beat yourself up for what happened yesterday, " I said anxiously, biting down on my lower lip.

"What happened yesterday was unfortunate, and I know it hurt you as much as it hurt me. But please don't blame yourself for it."

Silence settled on us, and my eyes darted to each one of them.

"We know, Ash, but-" Jin paused and sighed in exhaustion, "We practically grew him up."

"Can understand," I mumbled, "but Jin, he's not 14 anymore; he should know to own his shit. He probably knows what he wants and what he's doing."

"No, he doesn't, " Jimin protested, "That woman is bad news."

"We thought he broke up with her," Tae added.

"I'm not sure what she did to Jungkook to get him back," Jimin practically sneered.

"Ash, we'll talk to him today. We need an explanation," said Hobi, his eyes sparked with determination.

I pursed my lips and nodded.

I know as much as I need answers, they want to.

But there was one question that bugged my mind since yesterday. So, I turned to Namjoon, "Did you know where he was? "

His lips formed a thin line, "I'd an idea."

"Hyung, you must have told us," Jimin said.

"Yeah, but I wasn't sure."

Everyone fell into silence.

"We didn't know he reconciled with her," Jimin grumbled, "Never thought he might."

"Are you alright now?" Tae asked.

I hummed in response.

"Guys, promise me, you won't beat yourself up for this matter. It's hard to see y' all like this, " I said, and they nodded with tiny smiles.

"Ash, your friends texted me yesterday from your phone," Namjoon informed, and my head snapped in his direction immediately.

"You need to talk to your Mom; she's worried," He added, and I panicked.

Is she alright?

"Wait a second, we got something for you, " Unnie proclaimed and ran to the hallway leading to her room, making me frown.

A few seconds later, she rushed back with the enthusiasm of a kid holding a small paper bag. I raised an eyebrow at Namjoon, silently asking 'what's going on?' But he just smiled his dimpled smile.

She passed me the bag, "This is for you."

I looked utterly baffled as I took it from her and peered into it. A neatly covered purple colored box lay at the bottom. Curiously, I took it out and looked at them.

"Open it," Jimin prompted, a wide grin overtaking his tired features.

I carefully unwrapped it with curious eyes and a wildly thumping heart. My eyes flew wide when they landed on the now unwrapped box. It was the Samsung Galaxy's latest model Smartphone.
